show自己的高姿态。
有的胆小怕事，生怕11.9惹怒了“主流白人”苦口婆心要华人注意别cross the line.
有的故作大度，生怕干扰了自己的政治避难签证，要大家学会宽容。
还有的姿态高高，把所有筹办和参加的同学辛勤工作的结果当“闹剧”
好吧，如果这场闹剧是在美华人历史上规模最大的一次维权行动的话，那我认为主动维
权的同学比说闹剧的同学的水平要高几个数量级去。
恰好最近周围同学写了一篇“从要求解雇Jimmy Kimmel的119游行大闹剧说起” （链接

oaTof没有看到有像linear trap那样的电压来留住离子，但是在离子进到pusher前降低
他们的速度。这样进到flying tube的离子占的比重取决于离子通过pusher长度的时间
（而不是pulse ON时间）和在flying tube飞行时间的比例，如果前者比飞行时间短，
则离子基本都进到flying tube。你能否找得到这两个时间到底哪个长？ |

不是trap住。这个连接还有一个slicer，涉及去除高z方向的动能的离子，以获得高TOF
resolution。这样也会造成离子损失。 但是如果octupole的focus ion 效果好的话，
能减少在slicer上离子损失。

你提的这个问题很容易理解，pusher 不是一个点，是一个面，
在pusher这个面之内的ion都会被加速进入flying tube，所以一个pulse后 pusher上的
所有离子就都飞走了。
然后下一批离子从gate 进来，从pusher一端飞到另外一端，这个时间是远小于flying
time 0.05ms的，在下一个pulse 之前，这些离子就损失了，就像你提供的文献说的，
只有5-20%被能等到下一个pulse。这么算的话，时间就是0.01ms 或更短
但是如果从Q2出来的ion飞的越慢，飞过pusher时间越长，越有可能等到下一个pulse，

Flies were one of those annoying pests back then. I have never had
the expeience of catching flies bare banded. We usually use fly swatter
to swat them. And even that i still easily miss the target all the times.
Not to mention how difficult it will be for me to catch them bare
handed leh, absolutely mission impossible.
Hehe, sounds very interesting from what you discribed. So technically
trained at young age, no wander you can catch american fly free hand,hoho
truely admire....

traffic there is heavy but I found it is fun to drive in LA. The trick is
that you need a good sense of speed and quick in reaction. I went to there a
few times without GPS by myself and I went to everywhere without any
problems with merging or existing the highways. But traffic jam is a pain in
the ass.
Driving on LA highway is like a bird flying through a forest while drive in
Midwest is like flying over a desert. The f |

1) it's clearly for humor (if it's distasteful, then so be it; there are
many like it)
2) it's clearly not to be taken serious as the actors are kids that
contradict themselves every other sentence
3) they reference Lord of the Flies, which is a book about kids stranded on
an island. They have to survive, but one group of the kids wants to kill the

？这到底发生了什么事？！
爱尔兰韦克斯福德郡（Wexford）的戈里（Gorey）街上之前就突然冒出一架〝飞碟〞，
虽然看起来似乎很帅，但飞碟后方却有台发出响亮鸣笛声的警车。
警方是不是也觉得前方那家伙很可疑？才一直紧追不放。但不知为何，飞碟好像隔音效
果特别好，听不到鸣笛声，一直继续前行……
当场还有路人忍不住把这搞笑画面拍了下来。哈哈，这亲眼看到的人大概都傻了。

这飞碟到底是在干什么？怎么不会飞？还被警察追？
据悉，这是当地艺术家阿里．凯末尔．阿里（Ali Kemal Ali）的作品，是用来当作第
三空间乍现艺术展（Third Space Pop Up Art Show）的一部分，此艺术展当时在戈里
公园（Gorey Park）举办。

《射雕》首版60余年后终于译成英文
11月17日，美国Quartzy网站发表题为《中国的“指环王”三部曲终于要翻译成英文了》的文章。据悉，《射雕英雄传》英文译名为Legends of the Condor Heroes， 共分12卷，计划2018年2月发售第1卷《英雄诞生》（A Hero Born）。
对许多武侠小说读者来说，这个世界并不陌生。在他们心中，笔名为金庸的路易斯·查（金庸原名为查良镛）是华语世界最畅销的作家。金庸笔下的武侠世界魅力非凡，不亚于英国作家J·R·R·托尔金（《指环王》作者）的幻想世界。两位作家的作品在创意、广度和深度上不分伯仲。然而，由于语言的鸿沟，金庸在英语国家不太知名。现在，金庸最受欢迎的作品——《射雕》三部曲，在他93岁高龄之际，终于被翻译成了英文。这部小说首次出版可是在1957年。
