涨价的其中一部分都被agent拿走了。感觉不偏僻好卖房的地方一般都可以，比较handy
就买那种需要翻新装修的。 |

稍微自己学习实践一下，就能省下几盏金灯。
关键是代理水平大部分很烂，做不出啥工作，最多就是按照市场价卖，甚至还不如市场
价。
代理就是忽悠一下占据大多数的懒人和笨人而已。

when heads-up. Seems it becomes a popular trick inspired by pros. The hand I
saw in my table is 4 handed mini raised pot, flop Ks10d2d, a white guy bet
and got raised
by a vietnamese kid, all folded to original better. while white guy in tank,
the kid fliped Kd and white guy folded. The kid showed Ackd and the guy
cliamed he got AK too.
I thought this is fairy safe and good play. First TPTK is good but

觉得用GRIP PLATE 做KB的动作翻腕不方便,容易磨腕骨
using grip plate, right mostly, left shoulder some small injury
1)swing and alternate swing, 35lbs
2)snatch, 35 lbs hold plate without fliping wrist, kind of hard, can only
do 2 REPS.
3)WEIGHTED PISTOL 55LBS DB
4) TURKISH GET UP, 35 LBS PLATE, 我还没有很仔细的读TGU的做法, 是自己琢磨回忆
YOUTUBE VIDEO 做的
5) DRAGON FLY
AB WHEE ROLL OUT AT HOME
还有 BARBELL SINGLE ARM SNATCH AND BENT PRESS, 使用60 膀的FIX WEIGHT BARBELL
, 觉得需要非常CONCENTRATE... 做下来感觉还不错 |

3. use 3 pointers to make it in one run
4. readin one line, keep it
readin the 2nd line, flip a fair coin, if head, keep the original line,
if tail, keep the new readin line
readin the 3rd line, flip a 2/3 coin, if head, keep the original line, if
tail, keep the new readin line
... (continue the procedure by fliping a 3/4, 4/5, ... coin) |
