意大利面跟中国面根本的不同是面粉。意大利面用的是杜兰面粉，杜兰小麦是最硬质的
小麦品种，面粉和面自然呈现淡淡鸡蛋黄色。
意大利面比较难接受的是奶酪味道，但是奶酪味道却是主要的酱，其中alfredo为甚。
不过Meat Sauce 番茄牛肉酱比较容易适应。

我每天都吃个gelato，也就是当地的冰激淋。口味丰富，选择很多，而且比美国的冰激
淋香浓，大概是2欧2个球，3欧3个球的样子，各地价格略有不同。推荐！这张照片只

咖啡不用说了，走哪儿喝哪儿，尤其是espresso，比美国的好太多了，一点也不酸，而
且很便宜，1欧左右，最便宜的喝过80分的。
pasta, pizza, panini，都很好吃，主要是面好，pasta很劲道（比美国做的硬），
pizza比美国的薄（但是比thin crust厚）topping少，panini也是夹的菜少，但是面饼
无比香，一定要尝到哦！这些都是哪里都好吃的，但是不要在旅游景点旁边吃，要稍微
走远一点，走到小街里去。再次推荐tripadvisor和Rick Steve's Italy，上面建议的
餐馆都非常好！
餐馆里不提供tap water，只有矿泉水，有flat的，也有sparkling的，2-3欧一大瓶（

现很多牛排馆都越烤越老了，所以开始吃rare了。。。Florentine steak很对我胃口，
是真正的medium rare，在NYC好多店的rare才能这么嫩 :D

四个城市: Rome -> Florence -> Venice -> Milan

先说机场的交通。我是在罗马入境，在米兰离境的，就说说这两个机场吧！
在罗马的Fiumicino机场，有火车或者大巴抵达市区，据说火车比较快，所以我是坐火
车进城的。落地进了机场以后，就顺着火车的标识一路走，找到售票处，掏钱。我刚开
始试图在自动售票机上刷卡，结果发现它老是叫我输密码，我的信用卡没有密码，结果
就不能通过，于是老老实实找了活人售票员买票。上车前要记得打票，找到个打票机，
从左到右滑过即可。从机场到Roma Termini火车站，大概半小时车程，中途不停靠其他
站。价钱忘了，大概十几欧，不会超过20欧。那趟火车叫Leonado Express。从市区的
Termini，也有回机场的火车。

书我中学看过一咪咪。。。更小的时候看到屈原投江苏武牧羊之类。。。
但是明清痛史我到现在还没办法看。
哈哈，烦人的扯这么多无非想斗胆讲一句，或许你的心情我勉强能体会。
但是另一方面，或许不必太绝望。特别不要太小看同侪们和80，90后小朋友们。
古文是一个障碍，但是这障碍有多大呢？
他们小的时候看起来有点傻，或许真的很傻，但是一旦开窍，有的事情非常快。。。

通常的排名有四种：
－专家调查
－公众投票
－单因素模型
－多元模型
专家：比如AP top 20 college, Oscar, 。。。 比较公正，但是专家以群聚，他们可
能带同样的倾向性，在不popular的领域，很难比较。
公众：民主选举，All-star, IMDB排名，。。。多数公众的历史知识有限，组织点活动
很容易左右他们的意见，比如选举的campains
单因素：按钱排富豪；按SAT成绩招生，。。。这种排名只突出单方面，不适合历史比
较。
多元：这是Steve建的模型，把wikipedia上所有人拿出来比较
1. Links from important people to your page means you are probably important
2. 去掉不相关因素，比如dinasour page link的人，就不考虑；在wikipedia page工
作的人，职务便利需要去除
3. 有多少人访问？越出名／有趣的人，访问量越大
