Yes, I use the tungsten BL, but I also manually fine tone the BL to whatever
I like. If you were there, try other BL setting in you camera, see if you
can get it better without and post retouch color?
MET's light environment is complicated, not just regular Tungsten or
Florescent.
About 3/4, are they really blur? maybe you are right about zip it too much,
maybe post sharpen |

Sorry for not typing Chinese. I am not a sports photographer. But here are
something that I usually do when I shoot sport. By no means these are the '
right ways' but I just want to share and hope they can be helpful to you.
1) Set your camera to continues shooting mode to keep up with the movement
of your kids Set the focus mode to Al Servo mode for panning. I usually

但是如你所说，一般bleach都是用接近100%的laser，对细胞有一定程度的伤害。以前
看过文章提到细胞有丝分裂会有一定程度的抑制。这种情况下，可以多做一些control
比较。
PA tag用的laser强度都很小，10%就可以了，但是先有的PA tag基本都是用405nm的
laser，对细胞也是有伤害的。dendra2据最早的报道可以在488nm下convert，但是没有
任何别的组能重复这个结果。 |

2，IAEDANS和5-IAF这一对的话，你可以查一下这对对应的r0，bulk FRET的话
efficiency大于0.1(OR even less)就可测量的了。不过附议楼上同学的意见，绝对值
