保险公司还跟医生讨价还价呢，我记得我的总价没有上千。
除了刷牙、牙线外，楼上有人推荐的Waterpik Ultra Water Flosser有用（我的牙医推
荐的，我最深的有8，其他也是3、4的不少。用了这个，牙龈炎症明显减轻了），刷牙
和牙线只能刷到牙内外面咬合面和牙缝间，对于pocket比较深的都刷不到，食物残渣积
累在那里，自然会继续形成牙菌斑蚕食牙槽骨。所以那个waterpik water flosser就是
起冲洗pocket的作用，注意只用它的冲洗pocket的头就行了（注意看说明，冲力不可太
大，以免损伤gum），牙缝间隙还是用牙线最靠谱 |

any waterpik dental stuff may be helpful. flosser clean the teeth but other
systems may clean the teeth more thoroughly than flosser and with
anti-bacterial function. Teeth is very important. Untreated gingivitis (牙龈炎
) may develop into periodontitis (牙周炎) which is terrible and almost
incurable. (i have a friend got that due to ignorance of teeth pain). Is blood
there when he brushes his teeth? Is his teeth gum darker than yours |

You might lack of vitamin B2. Taking vitamin B complex pills will probably help.
刷牙也容易出血。早上观察牙龈有出血的迹象. It sounds like you have gum
disease (齿龈炎）。 还不是很严重的病。Having said that, it will become more
serious if you do nothing about it.

The dentist consulting & 超声清洗 should be part of Preventive, which is
100% covered by your insurance policy. X-Ray should be 100% covered too. So
you should not pay any out of pocket fee at the moment unless there's other
work you didn't mention. Don't afraid to ask the front desk/reception for
the fees.

的确只有两个型号可以。
WP260 和 wp300。后者马力更大，用起来好用，前者是针对6-12岁用的。粗略看了一下
review，据说没区别，但就我的经验来看，马力越大越好用！
Wp300 全称 Traveler™ Water Flosser。注意有个Tm注册商标，amazon上面搜的
不是真正的这款。Amazon下面评论说打开包装里面还是说110V的。真正的这款只在官网

理由：变压器麻烦，万一哪天国内的人忘了用变压器，大意就烧了。
移动的flosser。Philips的也好, panasonic的也好，一个是马力没这个大，需要

的感受。
