金桂（Osmanthus fragrans var. thunbergii）：金桂花朵金黄，香气浓郁，叶片较厚。
银桂（Osmanthus fragrans var. latifolius）：银桂花朵颜色较白，稍带微黄，香气
较淡，叶片较薄。
丹桂（Osmanthus fragrans var. aurantiacus）：丹桂花朵颜色橙黄，气味浓郁，叶
片厚，色深。

看这本书是因为好奇一个外国人怎么写发生在中国古代的故事。结果整本书读下来就是
觉得奇怪。作者讲的不是一对姐妹的故事，就是以中国传统风俗文化为框架堆砌成的中
国女人悲催的一生。除了女一号Lily交尽了好运以外，书中其他女人不是早死、丧子、
就是丈夫不争气，生活充斥着灾荒战乱饥饿，人与人之间没有感情，只有必须遵守的道
德秩序，不管是父母与子女，兄弟姐妹，还是夫妻之间。唯一的老同之间的感情，也并
没有那么真实质朴。不得不承认的是，Lily靠着snow flower这个老同飞上枝头做了凤
凰，在我看来Lily早期对snow flower的感情是一种崇拜与感激，即使担心自己配不上

You need to climb up sometimes, or kneel down sometimes.
Some stamen in male flower are small, so you need to tape them inside
the stigma of a female flower.
Most boring part is their leaves make you allergical.
The pollen can make you allergical too.

the flower bed, cutting bushes?
If it is only for mowing, I don't think it worthy of $80 per month.
I can mow my lawn in just 10 minutes. The difficult part to me is to make
the flower bed in front yard clean and beautiful.
Because you CANNOT use weed-killer for removing grass/weed in your flower-
bed.
If you do so, some flowers will be killed too. |
