Sometimes we get angry, but we must not condemn.

布莱顿 (William Bratton)当然是明白市议员在玩什么政治把戏，但是，一般小市民就
很容易被弄糊涂了。
市议会与白思豪市长联手，强行禁止警察继续「拦检(stop and frisk)」政策。在此之
前，纽约市的犯罪率已降到历年最低的纪录。「拦检」被认为对非洲裔和西语裔不公，
因为被警察拦截下来抽查的对象中，非洲裔和西语裔偏高。
「拦检」在白思豪与新一届市议会上任后，基本完全停顿下来。结果，纽约市的枪击案
件增加，尤其是非洲裔和西语裔群聚的政府楼 (public housing)枪击案，暴增32%。从
历年新低，暴增32%，这是一个可观的数字。市议会哇哇叫，大喊要增加警力。
市议会禁止「拦检」，最大的受害人是他们口口声声宣称要保护的非洲裔和西语裔，但
是，他们绝不会承认两者之间有直接的关系。

发帖数: 71 | 9 两天时间，一天在Sauble Beach，一天Tobermory 的花瓶岛 和 Bruce Peninsula National Park。。。
第一天的计划是先到Lion’s head看一眼，原来想Hiking一段到狮子头的，竟然没找到trail的入口，只得作罢。。。问过Information Centre，貌似一段有点难度的Trail，潜意识里已经不想花这个时间了。。。在沙滩边上吃完午餐就开回Sauble Beach。。。
在Sauble Falls 玩了一会儿canoe。。。
Sauble Beach 来了好几次了。。。看到‘Welcom to Sauble Beach’ 还是很高兴。。。
第二天就开进Tobermory。Fathom Marine National Park 的节目之一，就是 乘坐Blue Heron V 在Little Tub 的沉船上兜一圈，再登上Flowerpot Island Hiking。。。Big Tub 的灯塔、Little Tub的沉船、花瓶岛的花瓶和白鱼餐自然还是经典。。。
回到半岛，时间尚好，赶往Bruce Peninsula Nationa |
