，fluoride的vd。后来儿医来的时候我忘了再确认了。
我现在已经开始慢慢加辅食了，gerber的含iron米粉，我自己也在吃prenatal vitamin
，还有必要吗，好像补铁多了容易便秘吧？另外我们的饮用水是含有fluoride的，这也
是我的顾虑之一。

药名叫multi-vit with fluoride 0.25 mg drop.
里面的成份是1ml含
VA 1500IU
VC 35 mg
VD 400IU
VE 5 IU
Thiamin 0.5mg
Riboflavin 0.6mg
Niacin 8 mg
VB6 0.4 mg
VB12 2 mcg
Fluoride 0.25 mg
我记得六个月后需要加铁的对吧？为啥医生没和我提呢？不会是药房把药弄错啦？
这处方维生素里面含氟对小孩会不会不好？一般小孩含氟的涂牙的液体都是漱漱吐掉，
吃氟进去对孩子不好吧？对此我也不是很了解。
我家的现在还在吃enfamil的VD，但医生说因为现在吃一半的奶粉也不用加了。不知道
是不是可以加enfamil的多种维生素和它的铁剂。我家的吃enfamil的铁剂就呕吐，不知
怎么办。
因此请教JM们，你们的医生给六个月以后的宝宝添加什么维生素，什么铁剂呢？ |

补铁；
美国很多的town的自来水里面是缺少fluoride的，所以这些town的小baby必须额外补充

oral hygiene, fluoride treatment and floss. also need follow up check every

悬浮物，而且凉下来的开水表面也有一层漂浮物。以前住的乡下，除了壶底一些水垢外
，水还是很清澈的。
现在就想买个简单的过滤器，将水过滤了，或者直接饮用，或者再烧开了喝。网上看到
Pur的大水罐似乎合乎要求，但是，仔细看了一下评论，一个用户说pur water filter
是有添加fluoride的，就在包装盒子上写的。我知道，象这种简单的过滤器是不会除掉
fluoride的，但是你也用不着再加点进去啊，本来美国自来水就加了氟化物的，再加不
要太多了！
求确认是否属实。 |

飲水中的氟 (fluoride)一向被認為是大幅減少蛀牙率的功臣，但新的研究發現，氟太
多造成美國一些兒童的牙齒出現氟中毒 (fluorosis)現象。聯邦衛生暨福利部與環保署
7日聯合提出降低水中含氟量的建議，將是美國近50年來首度改變水中含氟量。
美國衛生暨福利部建議，把飲水中的含氟量定為每公升0.7 毫克，取代1962年設定的現
行每公升0.7至1.2毫克區間。環保署也將檢討水中含氟最高容許量每公升4毫克的安全
標準是否也應降低。這些建議受到美國牙醫協會的支持。
41%青少年 有氟中毒現象
氟是自然存在於水和土壤中的礦物質，美國早於1940年代在水中加氟，以協助防止8歲
以下兒童蛀牙。現在大多數的公共飲水都加氟，估計64%的美國人都飲用添加氟的水。
衛生官員說，美國人從各種不同的來源吸收氟，包括水、牙膏、漱口水，有些兒童甚至

最近刚买一个BRITA的过滤器，原来都是用直接装水龙头上的那种，这边发现水龙头不
是能装过滤器的那种，先买一个这样的凑合用：
拿回来发现过滤过的说有点稍微偏蓝色，不仔细看不出来，但是倒两杯水，一杯过滤过
的，一杯直接从龙头的接的过滤过的水，仔细比较能看出来。
看了以下说明，上面说：

instrument to scrape it off. You may try too, but be careful. brush, floss and
mouth rinse often is the only thing you can do. Make sure you buy all the
dental products, like toothpaste, mouth rinse with the anti-cavity
ingredient(fluoride).

昨天也去看牙了，虽然不疼不痒的，但觉得自己保险不错，去留个记录吧，回头遇害了
啥的警方有个牙科记录可以比照--- 看CSI看多了的毛病。
拍完片子，医生说牙龈不好，容易出血。
这个我也知道，以前也不会用牙线，没问题才怪。
给开了个 deep cleaning, 然后说弄完了以后要一年洗四次牙。
然后是报价单：
首先全口腔分成四部分，左上，左下，右上，右下。
每部分报价一样，
