说自由泳，我还游不了，主要是不会换气吧，感觉很多时候在憋气，虽然嘴和鼻子在水
下也慢慢的吐气，可能没有吐完？吸进的气也不够，大概换三次气就不行了。
昨天早上在跑步机上跑，试着左右换头吸气，的确麻烦了很多，还有发现跑步大多数是
深呼吸，游泳也这样吗？
游泳游的好的话有可能像慢跑一样几乎不出力吗？游泳的呼吸可不能就像自然的呼吸，

我试过粘苍蝇的纸条挂门口附近，有效果但是不雅观。塑料袋装点水放几个一分硬币用
大头针钉着倒是不太显眼。

昨天傍晚，跑了一个龟速7mile（1小时8分钟14秒）,跑完以后觉得有些疲劳。今天明显

情况应该如何处理。我在follow一个plan,训练10月或者11月的半马。只求完成，
injure free，不求速度。这个7mile是从上周一的6mile加上来的。那个6mile跑完了没
有什么不适，还挺舒服的。难道是我冒进了？
背景介绍：本人平衡能力极差。例如，小时候走路，如果平整的大路上只有一个小小的
水洼，我也能大头朝下扎进去。。。因此，从小到大，摔跤无数，最可怜的就是我的膝
盖们了。前年冬天，还从自行车上摔下来，左膝着地，之后很长一段时间走路都一瘸一
拐的。
另外，跑多久就需要开始喝水/energy drink和吃gel了么？分别都以什么频率摄入呢？

这个是我在Yahoo News的comments看到的。一个在韩国两家航空公司教了五年的美国飞
行教官写的。基本就是讲，这两家公司的飞行员普遍不具备基本飞行技能，训练和考试
偷奸耍滑。摔飞机才是正常的。这次旧金山机场趁天气好维修自动助降的仪器，韩亚飞
行员就原形毕露了。

Trucks were experiencing mechanical issues and breakdowns after fueling up
at a Pilot Flying J travel center. At least four trucks couldn’t even make
