发帖数: 151 | 3 我一周前从私人那儿买了个2005 Volkswagen New Jetta, 手动挡的，买的时候到
Volkswagen dealer那边做了Mechanical Check，没什么大问题，但上周五开的时候突
然听到下面有声音，所以急忙停下来。
停的时候发现踩下离合器后，离合器不弹回来了，然后也不能换挡（shift gears）。
然后就叫AAA拖到Volkswagen的Dealer那儿。AAA一个老师傅帮
我看看，不知道怎么弄的，摇摇换挡的和踩踩离合
器，结果可以正常换挡了，踩下离合器，松开脚时可以弹回来，但是有噪音，好像
是从离合器那儿传过来的。所以那个老师傅还是建
议我拖到dealer那儿看一下，今天dealer那儿打电话过来，报价简直是天价，说一
拆开离合器那儿，就是1600刀，说可能是flywheel
已经磨损了，如果要换的话，总价钱可能2300多刀，把我雷到了。大家有什么建
议？是在dealer那修，还是去别的地方修？

，停多久取决于车，多练还能找到合适的节奏。
总之就是多练习，培养节奏。掌握好了，离合器可以快速抬起，然后听见clutch和
flywheel接触时发出一声低响，能听得出是两个同转速的平面接触的声音，车子也不震。 |

做，会抖一下。必须回到联动点停一下，再抬，才不会抖。
另外我的情况是国内半年偶尔开一两次手动，驾照是手动过的，美国7年自动，最近两
个星期手动。

然后告诉flywheel原厂的800多，只有原厂的。。。。。

compressor, flywheel, 等等，所有维护在dealer做，包括5k, 10k, 20/30/40/50/60/
70k service, 20k 的时候换了轮胎，去年12月60k又是新轮胎,所有保养加轮胎的7年费
用是$3300左右。如果不算半年前的新轮胎，就是$2500，我觉得还可以，在dealer那虽
然贵，但总有15% off的coupon, 而且提前2周约也总是有passat loaner.

了，换挡还不进去，非常难换，特别是一档和倒挡，熄火以后换挡没有问题，估计是离
合器坏掉了，上老美的论坛看了一下，不止一个离合坏掉的，不是离合片wear tear，
而是那种mechanical part突然break down，断在里面，估计是设计问题，疲劳寿命不
过关啊，
不过老美都刷了apr，操的猛，坏的早，他妈的都保修了！自己没花钱！领导不让刷APR
，扭矩不够大，刚出保就坏了，坏的真他妈巧啊！
我这会要被vw dealer宰了！倒霉啊!我上一辆日车也是手动，开到12万miles变速箱没
一点问
题，这回换的德车，担心DSG就又买的手动，没想到大众的手动箱子不到六万就坏了！
悲愤！！！
更新：dealer已经确定了是pressure plate issue，具体那个部分坏了还没讲清楚，不
过不是wear&tear，这个问题已经不止我一个了，绝对是设计缺陷，现在dealer正在帮
我和VW America交涉，看能拿到什么样的coverage offer。我也想开了，人生得意需尽

broken the shaft pin. the timing is now out of alignment, being slightly too
far retarded, so it starts easily when cold.

oliver oil，最后放弃了，决定踹那个wrench一脚，结果一下子就动了。现在disposer
又work了。赶紧去上个香泡壶毛峰。
还有，那个disposer hopper里面的东东都锈了。大家一般除锈么？还是算了，只要它
能转能用？ |
