My background is recent PhD in EE, ~10 journal and proceeding papers, 50+
citations. Remember, only independent citations count. IOs are very clear
about independent and non-independent citations, never try fool around.
Suggestion to LZ: your citation may need to be strengthened. However, data
and fact are more important than your claim in your argument.

有些项目找人少，纯属误伤上了scramble，比如boston的ortho居然都有一个空位。但
是另外一些就有可能是招不到人，所以scramble。比如纽约那个Lenox Hill Hospital
，26个IM只招到22个，我觉得你要是申请，不妨把这种也考虑进去。毕竟纽约那个找人
多，IMG有很大机会。
公布名单好像是违反nrme规定的，我还是只贴一部分好了，有事我就赶快删
