计今年bonus会很差，还有layoff的压力。找了大半年quant developer的职位也没有成
功，除了自己水平还是不够，现在的market实在是很差。现在有一个软件大公司(MS/
AMZN)的offer, base涨了一些，但我估计加上bonus可能还是比不少街上年景好时的收
入。现在对于是否接受这个offer很困惑，不知道在投行做IT的长远职业前途如何，希
望有类似背景和想法的弟兄互相交流，线上和私下均可，我也可以说说最近找工作的一
些经验和感受，谢谢。 |

的不是那个affordability的percentage，而是能afford的人口数和房子总数的比例。
这里看百分比是没有多大意义的。只要还有人能买得起还愿意买，即使affordability

synthase由F1和Fo这两部分组成。Fo嵌在细胞膜中，其主要部分成圆环状。F1则成蘑菇状
，中间有一个柄，插在Fo的环中心。合成ATP的能量来自于细胞膜两侧的质子梯度(膜外的
质子浓度比膜内高)。质子从膜外侧经过Fo上的通道进入膜内侧，会引起Fo整个的圆环在
细胞膜上转动，从而带动F1的“蘑菇柄”跟着转。F1的柄转动的能量引起F1其他部分周期
性的形变，并最终转化成把ADP合成ATP的能量。
这个ATP synthase的工作是可逆的。假如细胞膜内的ATP浓度较高，而膜两侧的质子浓度
较低，F1可以把ATP分解成ADP，并利用其能量使其“蘑菇柄”朝相反方向转动，然后Fo利
用这转动能量把质子从膜内泵到膜外。
不过，在实验中人们可以把F1和Fo分开。没有了Fo后，F1就只能分解，而不能合成ATP了
。这时的F1就叫做F1-ATPase。"ase"是指能把它“干掉”(比如分解掉)的东西，所以ATPa
se就是能干掉ATP的东西。

说机长，此人大家也研究过，家里有一台飞行模拟机。
机长每几个月都有飞机师考核，上模拟机考核，模拟各种机场和天气环境。他有这
个根本必稀奇，只能说他很爱自己工作，
另一点、亚航的飞机师都是和马航合作，由马航机师知道，拿证的。这位机长先生
不单单是机长，还是飞行指导员，外加机长考核评估员
副驾驶，27岁。你们也许不知道在大马能去马航开飞机是多么光宗耀祖的事情，自
从亚航出现，马航缩减新近飞行师，很多后来航空学校毕业的都去亚航做廉价飞机师了。

and FO in IT are not that much of diff in terms of comp today. If guys on
trading floor get <10% bonus, you can tell the diff. but competition in FO
IT is still there, long hours is still there. so it doesn't pay off. As the
chance for you to get to the "business" side, BO IT -> MO, FO IT -> FO, they

记录员，也就是实习飞行员可以飞飞机嘛？我告诉你们降落都降落不好的。
开飞机好不好看降落，就是副驾驶都很少会降落。一般都是机长飞，等平稳了，再
转交给fo，等降落前一个小时再回来等降落。
劫机可不好玩的。没点技术搞不来的。我的猜测是那天并不是记录员。是有另一个
3杠的fo在。
而且全程他在飞行，从头到尾。为什么呢？因为那时机长考核评估。三条要变四条
杠，很难，必须要参加几个航线飞行，全程一人飞行，另一个fo在旁边报数据。机长在
后面观察评估评分。
这个人必须要有10年多的飞行经验。升降都没问题。
考核路线，东南亚最爱挑北京了，基本天气，机场复杂性，地塔的协调性，都会给
很多fo带来紧张感。

笔者认为吕译优于黄译,其原因在于黄译只忠实于原诗的形式,而吕译忠实的是原诗的神
韵,由此笔者得出结论:英汉诗歌翻译中的“忠实”并非亦步亦趋,追求“形似”应以“

tournament.
If he wins Madrid, he only needs to be in quarter final of FO.
If he is No.2 at Madrid, he needs to be in semi final of FO.

绩上来说老费是巅峰，但你要看看他赢得是谁，输得的是谁，给你数数看

【摘 要】“忠实性”原则是诗歌翻译中的基本原则。本文从一首英文诗"On M
onsieur’sD ep a rtu re"入手,选取了黄杲 先生和吕志鲁先生的两种翻译进行比较,
笔者认为吕译优于黄译,其原因在于黄译只忠实于原诗的形式,而吕译忠实的是原诗的神
韵,由此笔者得出结论:英汉诗歌翻译中的“忠实”并非亦步亦趋,追求“形似”应以“
神似”为前提。 “On M onsieur’sDeparture”是我十分喜爱的一首英文诗歌,它的作
者是英国历史上赫赫有名的女王伊丽沙白一世(1533-1603)。四百年前的这位英国女王
命运坎坷,曾陷入死囚的绝境,最终凭借其超人的智慧和毅力摆脱困境并登上王位;她才
智过人,在她的治理下,英国在16世纪下半叶呈现出一派繁荣景象,并为日后“大英帝国
