首先是不同的娃不能直接比，人家天生 giftedness 也不好说。
其次这个可能至少要到高中估计才能真正表现出来，象棋州冠军可能大脑被
permanently wired 得更多，将来比相同 gene 的娃更悲催也不是不可能。
还有哥们，象棋算体育的一种好不好。

最后再给个合理猜测如下：
刚才想了想，修改了一下。。。human brain 有 neuroplasticity，所以 wired
以后还是可以 rewire 的。。。但是 “童子功” 看起来是 brain permanently
hardwired, 其另一面就是不能再被 rewire。
所以这么看来，过度强调 early specialization “童子功” 硬币的另一面，有可能
就是 early decreased neuroplasticity？。。。或者俗称 “推傻/推残/推早衰”？

自己的喜欢，田径也没啥不好。
实际上田径队里很多不是奔专业体育去的娃，为了保证自己每年能去 county
到此一游，不太喜欢足球这种有身体接触的竞技体育，或者退掉花滑这种容易
伤膝盖的体育，也是属于正常民风。
而实在的说，我娃学校 6 年级女生 4x100 接力的成绩是 57秒左右，county
里数一数二。。。我娃个人跳远训练时的稳定可达成绩 > 14 feet，保持趋势
的话 county 入围问题也应该不大，解决到此一游的需求。。。将来短跑拼不
过黑娃，但总还可以考虑跨栏啥的。。。这种情况下舍车保帅也算是人之常情
我觉得。。。而且按常理我娃和我对足球俱乐部也不会有啥兴趣。。。那八字
还没有一撇，况且我娃本质上是 STEM kid 而不是 SPORTS kid，不靠竞技
体育吃饭。。。

比如在娃版钢琴的问题上。。。父母挫折感可能是。。。娃刚开始学钢琴的时候，
老师邻居都夸得花好桃好，娃简直就是莫扎特再世。外加一大堆众多娃娃跑步进入
卡内基加藤校的如花似玉的 survival bias 的良辰美景，心里那个滋滋的美的啊
。。。
但是日月生辉、斗转星移、沧海桑田三年以后，家开始鸡飞狗跳，娃是不是有那么
强的天赋也成为一个问题。。。眼看着要担心翻船的时候，不仅老师邻居当初的那些
