直接通过foi要，上面有链接，根本没有任何问题，只要史是awarded的都能要到，pi能
删掉的非常少，也就吧人名和工资去掉，主体都在。大家放心要

+我在做烤鸡或者烤肉时都是把生肉用醋和盐淹过然后放在铝盘或者直接用aluminum
foi
l包上放在oven里烤
acetic acid应该可以溶解aluminum成Al3+
那样的话我很有可能在这里的很长一段时间吃了大量的AL进去
求高手解答

的行政分支可以独自完成。
NIU 经多方查询，得知认为这个rule确实在2012年12月10日被提交到OMB，等待审核。
这意味着移民局在这一问题上确实有了一定进展，不再像原来那样原地踏步。对于这个
rule的未来我们谨慎乐观。
没有看到全文，所有讨论都是空谈。因此 NIU 向 OMB 提交了 FOIA 申请，要求获得此

sur la Forêt Vierge qui s'appelait "Histoires Vécues". Ca représentait un
serpent boa qui avalait un fauve. Voilà la copie du dessin.

price. I've been using them for a year and after that cancelled it, they
over charge always every month, and their customer service is designed to
exhaust you before you can let them correct a problem, so eventually I took
the shortcut, I go directly to BBB filed complain to them, problem get
resolved in 5 minutes that normally took them 2 months can |

本世纪初，还在读博士的学生。一起的两个女同事，生完孩子，要减肥，拉着我这个大
妹妹一起去。那个连锁GYM，年费一年1400欧元，给我们单位优惠，900欧元一年。女同
事说；“一定要花大钱才会有动力健身！”所以我一穷学生，花了这钱后自然动力十足
。Gym是有几个专业老师负责指导所有去gym锻炼的人，年费包这个的。第一天，GYM的
老师问我去那想干吗？我说:’减肥。 老师就告诉我练两个，第一个是那种跟音乐跳高
强度健美操，每次一个小时，30个学生，老师带着，使出产房助产的嗓门，声嘶力竭地
喊：encore!, encore!, encore une fois!!’
一开始一套操我都跳不下来，一个月以后跟上了。
另一个叫Pump，也是一个小时，锻炼全身各块和健美有关的肌肉，最重要的是减大腿和
腹部，提臀。我想到一点，对于练习臀和大腿的女同学可能有用，深蹲不加重量是没用
的。一开始就加重量，先轻的，慢慢加分量，老师因人而异，有的女人可以加很重很重
。蹲的时候双手握一个举重杠杆，重量加在杠杆两头。
