area, for the persons who contact Da Mi also hike in August. Now today
according to the ALIA discussion, it maybe the reason that EB1 quota has
almost been used up, so that it "could" cause the USCIS, especially NSC
center, to put on stringent requirement on the EB1A/B. TSC by far still
maintains good passing rate, either passing one time or after RFE. However,
in NSC, you need a big effort to pass.

Good for folks who will be current before the end of this September as they
could get cards a month or so earlier. But not good for the folks right
behind, they may need have to wait for another year because more porting/new

and even the next year's number in Oct. The later they jump in, the less

to clarify and say it is not a win-win for EVERYBODY due to the current
system. It is always good for some folks while bad for others because the
supply is limited. Some folks will definetely be delayed (hard to say for
how long) because those portings jump in ahead earlier. It might not be that
bad if the movements advance more evenly throught a year. |

I suspect what happened is: Q4 of FY 2011 approved too much EB1/EB2 ROW. Now
they don't have much demand from these folks. At the same time many folks
sent him messages about the low consumption of visas in Q1 and Q2 of FY 2011
. Now he wants to meet the 27% goal.

homework to try to understand VB and its trend.
With that being said, the next VB is doomed meaningful, especially for those
PDs in the second half of 2008 (calendar year) and later, as this VB, after
6.5 months' leap forward, should give us some decision power to keep
looking forward or simply turn away from this website before coming back in
FY2013 (October 2012).

That will allow a lot more folks to file for AOS. So if you have prepared
your documents, then that is good because a lot of folks are expected to be

什么事儿说两遍三遍叫做给建设性的意见，但是说二十遍三十遍就叫祥林嫂了。
另外，一个人在工作环境里开心不开心，大环境固然重要，性格也是很重要的因素，一
个非要把自己的意见想法强加到别人身上的人，对不同意见和想法非要辩个高低的，在
工作上开心的机会也要少很多。
我胆儿小，为了避免看到一下又来三五回贴jjww平白填堵，决定最近不来版上晃悠了，

A friend said, for the time it takes me to go to a Time Share seminar, I can

原来那些突尼斯暴民们在预赛之后就开始涌入孙杨在FACEBOOK上的帐号下开始发
帖支持他们的那个所谓选手。然后孙杨帐号的维护者先是说了一句，这是孙杨的帐号，
你们应该到自己选手那个帐号下支持。结果那些暴民开始更多辱骂。于是这个维护者说
了一句，ABUSING起不了作用，看谁最后赢吧。然后就是这位楼主看到的比赛之后的疯
狂情况了。他们在预赛后开始这样的疯狂辱骂很可能是试图激起他们自以为的孙杨的回
