i have read that clomid may dry out your cervical mucus but if you are doing
IUI, probably not a big deal.
as far as long term effect, at this point, you really can't worry about that
much. just don't do that many cycles le lah. i only did two cycles with
clomid. |

大大小小加起来我觉得也有快30的样子。比10大的怎么也有15-20吧。你最后取了
多少出来？ 现在OHSS的感觉明显吗？

. It is natural IUI, no clomid, had 2 good size follicles. Had two trigger
shots, day before IUI and day of. Been on Prometrim since 3dpiui.
Anyone here tried IUI before going on IVF? For us, the cost is the main
concern. Our insurance doesn't cover it. For one cycle of IVF, I could do
20 cycles of IUI.
My Dr. pretty much leaves it up to me, he says we are both healthy, just
keep trying. We are both 37. Married |

Birth control pills: 26 days
20 lupron starting with the last 3 bith control pills; then wait for period
to start;
On period day 3, lupron evaluation, same night I start Bravelle 175 and Menopur 75

Stimulation day 4: bloodwork+ultrasound NO EFFECT AT ALL. Flat estrogen
level +no measurable follicles;

虽然没打过针，但也吃过两次clomid, 都是有三个成熟follicles.
不过这次是不同的大夫看的ultrasound，是我的primary doctor. 我平时除了
consultation都很少能约到他。包括我作IUI都是别的大夫做的。这次他一看
ultrasound就说要给我加剂量。。。。 以前那个年轻女大夫每次ultrasound完了
都是一切很好一切正常。 |

我们的情况：我33，老公36，基本激素检查，HSG，精子检查一切都好，应该是
unexplained infertility，这个真是比较郁闷，不知道是哪里出了问题。尝试了快一
年未果，医生说先作IUI。
看了大家的帖子，相比较我们的IUI很简单，应该是自然式IUI，不吃任何药物不打针，
只需要自己拿排卵试纸测试，测到positive了就打电话给诊所安排当日或第二日的IUI
。但是因为我自己以前备孕的时候总是测不到强阳，所以IUI之前都要求用ultrasound
检测排卵情况（卵子状况）。已经做了两个周期，每次ultrasound都能测到有两个
follicle,可惜这两个周期都没有成功。。。
医生的安排是先做三次自然法IUI，如果下一次还没有成功，不知道该怎么办了。。。
是直接上IVF还是用药物促排卵法IUI？想了解药物促排IUI是如何做的呢？ |

which i'm happy about because that one for some reason is the most painful
for me to inject). i just hope my follicles grow as well. wuwu.

size of 10 and 13. But there are still quite a few smaller ones which are
all producing estrogen. So to maintain my estrogen level, they may further
reduce my dosage which means it may be a long and slow process ah! But at
least things seem to make sense to me I feel much more comfortable.
Now back to work. Work is very busy these days. All I do everyday is go to
the clinic in the morning, to work, to home, eat dinner |

我的dosage已经降了，昨天第一次没有验血。可今天一下涨这么多了！我的follicles
是满多的，最大的几个现在17, 所以可能还有1-2 days to go.超过4000是100%的啦，
会不会被cancel啊！！呜呜呜呜。 |

知道今天lab results前），他好像不是特别concern, 说very unlikely会被cancel.然
后说
OHSS也很难predict, 什么样的都有可能OHSS. 今天nurse告诉我lab results的时候我问
大夫说了什么没有，怎么说的。她说he definitely thought about your case for
a while (like 15 minutes). 然后我今天还要继续打，虽然剂量又给减了，希望明天
ready....... Today is my day 10.

Menopur at 150IU.这个计量打了四天左右，发现我小的follicles很多，E2值偏高，就
先把menopur减半，过了一天干脆整个不要了。然后从这之后Gonal_F的量也一点一点往
下减(the last day was at 150IU)，最后总共打了十天，E2最后也还是很高，6000多。 |

发帖数: 912 | 27 继续继续，少于四个的才要考虑，5到8个都是可以的，而且有可能现在很小（<2mm),没
发现。打一阵子针会陆续发现的。我还知道有人8个卵泡结果出了12个好的卵子，这是
说不定的。我上次测试时卵泡比较少，是5到8个那档的，护士也没跟我说到底几个，就
在那档划了道勾。医生把我定到low reserve的人，用的protocol也不用lupron
supress。这次就是吃了13天的BCP，然后ultrasound查到5+9了，我想肯定有肉眼看的
误差在里面，所以你要stim一阵再说。何况少也有少得好处，第一不会OHSS，第二可以
均匀培养，不会出现一批长，一批不长的情况，好控制嘛。何况你不会想养好多小孩吧
？我自己一个两个就够了，所以呢一点不担心follicles的数量。多于4个就该够用了吧

起作用了，浑身发烫，感叹一声，西药就是厉害啊，换回了薄被继续睡。第二天PARTY
碰到两个MM，都说那晚上热醒了，原来是天气杀了个回马枪，突然热了起来，跟我的
STIM一点没关系。
今天早上做了US和血检。US护士说，哈，看见三个卵泡在长大呢，对药物反应不错哦。
我不放心，问小的FOLLICLES有没有多呀？她说，DON＇T WORRY。 YOU HAVE PLENTY！
我穿好衣服后她说喜欢我的DRESS；血检的说喜欢我的鞋子。蛮开心的。
噢，我的SPOTTING还没结束，JM们有这样的情况吗，STIM两天了例假还没结束？ |

E２是５８２，这是STIM４天的结果。医生又让我把药量加大了，同时打GANIRELIX防排
卵。感觉我这次STIM时间可能不会太长，成熟卵泡也不会太多，希望它们好质量。办公
室里养了盆植物，有一年多了，我时常忘浇水。昨天突然开花了，共５朵，是百合呢。
跟我的FOLLICLES一样多，哈哈。

E2 100-400 by Day 4. Mine is above that. Checked website for usuage of
Ganirelix. It seems this medicine can slow down growth of big ones. But it
is usually used about 5 days towards the end of stim. So I guess I only have
4 or 5 more stim days to go. I'm sort of comfortable with my RE. He
definetely looks at my numbers. |

最近心情真是太坏了，吃不下也睡不好，虽然有很多原因，但最大的阴影毫无疑问是不
孕的折磨。
今天是D10。早晨又一次去验血和us，完了医生说明天打trigger shot，星期天早晨7：
30做insemination。结果下午接到诊所的电话，血检已经LH surge，改成今晚打
trigger shot，明天上午做iui。lg出差要周六才回来，还好临走前冻了sample，明天
要第一次自己一个人去做iui，想着就凄惨。
我写一下自己的timeline吧，给考虑injectible iui 的 jm们做个参考。
背景：
第一个诊所断断续续做了4次iui，3次clomid ＋iui，一个自然，全部fail
第二个诊所第一个月做了clomid challenge test， 顺便iui，两个follicles，左右各
一个，大小分别为25mm和18mm，失败；
然后就是现在的cycle。
D3： 血检，ultrasound，fsh 达到13.7, 历史最高值 （上个月是10.6 (D3), 12.9 (
D10)), 不知道是不是因为上个月的clomid；lining |

其实质量最重要，有时候刺激出很多follicle 但要是空泡就不好了。
MM一定没问题的！！

你的应该是长方案，第一阶段是降調，就是让你体内的激素尽量不要释放出来，让卵巢
处于一个安静的休息阶段（休息是为了走更长远的路）；第二个阶段就是所谓的促排，
这时候要充分调动卵巢的积极性，发挥它的潜能，让它produce more follicles，然后
医生会取卵，受精后再移植到你的子宫内。
如果你和你的老公非常想要孩子，就开始吧，不要再浪费时间了。年龄对于想要孩子的
人来说真是非常重要。尤其是女人。 |

OHSS的risk高。但得了也没什么的，就难受一阵子吗，至少说明你怀上了！如果没有怀
上，一般是不会得的。我的E2比你还高，但retrieval后就没有什么反映了，什么卵巢
疼，胀啊都没有。
第四天morula是正常的吧（第五天是morula才不正常，象我一样）。但不明白为什么你
的诊所要第四天transfer,而不是等到第五天到blast再transfer.这点比较奇怪，你可
以问问。
你做frozen cycle是natural的吗？还是需要lupron suppression控制什么时候排卵？

have you used in your cycle? Do you think it helped to improve the egg and

How many eggs retrived, how many matured, and how many got ferterlized and

follicles and are having a single IUI done, then insemination will take
place 24 to 36 hours after you receive an hCG injection. Women having two
IUIs done in the same cycle will be inseminated 24 to 48 hours after
receiving the hCG injection with 12 hours between each IUI. |

我上午bw/us，下午护士电话确认我今晚11：45pm trigger， 而且明天一早6：30还要
到cornell去ER的pre-op。今晚会比较tough， 还好我下周都休假。cornell的hcg
trigger 是intramuscular shot， 而且医生根据需要order不同的dosage，有（3300，
4000，5000 和10，000）我需要mix diluent with hcg powder to get the exact
dose。 How about you?
我今天E2=2336 最大的follicle 有18mm。我stim的天数也是和我上次在RMANJ的一样，
E2 level is similar too. 希望quality 更好。

lupron + low dose Gona-f；
这次cycle先吃避孕药21天，overlap 10 units lupron with bcp for 5 days;
continue lupron 10 units until the baseline day.
我对经历了四次失败的fresh IVF (local NJ clinics), 每次促卵药反映强烈，剂量小
些倒是有帮助。
* 10/18 Baseline（day3)： FSH 4.7； E2 32； lining thin enough; u/s shows 5-
6 Antral Follicle Counts on each side of ovary.

伤财。。。想问JMs对donor egg怎么看？我经历过多次失败（Cornell之前在另家诊所
做过）现在想跟命争是不是很徒劳。。。不知有无必要try另家诊所，还是move on to
donor？ 我lg坚决不接受eggdonor。我可以接受。我们有dear daughter四岁。lg宁愿
