双脚一次不要跨太远,近处的小点vs远处的大点,选择近处的小点
没有很secure的手点不要怕,勇敢站起来就又有新的平衡了
slab重心可以远离一点岩壁,重心放在脚上边
垂直路线拼命紧贴岩壁省力,
一步不要跨太远,在能跨到的合适点努力站起来,trust foot trust foot再trust

还有就是遇到难点不要放弃,除非已经精疲力尽了
往往努力最后一突破,不仅是心理上,技术上,也像发现了新的宝藏一样,是个突破

慢慢可以恢复,可一个月过去了,才好了六成的样子,单左脚尖可以把自己顶起来但很
吃力。今天仔佃查了下,应该是跟腱炎achilles tendon;期间还是一直在练球,休息
不够,变成像网球肘一样的毛病了。悲惨啊,接下来打球不能跑不能跳了。。。
