最好能到啥样的利率。和另外一个聊了一会人倒感觉到不错，但是要到 3.75。请问今
天的利率到了啥样子？多谢。不是 CA 不是 NV 所以没有大概办法找版上某位高手帮忙
了。
大概要戴 23 万，信用分数大概 800，收入和债务都完全没有问题。 |

发帖数: 838 | 4 Ohio。最后弄了个 3.25%，不是真正免费用，1750 的 closing cost 加到本金里重新
贷了，每月少了 153 刀，不过考虑到原贷款已经还了一年，就仅仅每月省了 大概 70
了，也罢，唉，菜鸟。
菜鸟再问个菜问题：今天被一个同事雷倒了，她今年 6－7 月 锁的利率，竟然说她 30
年的固定利率是 3.5%？查历史数据好像 4.5% 还比较靠谱，她搞错了还是有啥秘密？

closing cost (seller cover 3000)for 7/1 ARM. That is the lowest I can got in
my area. I am in Ohio too.
