的制高点，有些人露了原形了，有些人还没漏，一定要当心，否则一不小心就会被忽悠
了。比如2006年孟菲主持的江苏卫视的《南京零距离》疯狂炒作了彭宇案，说老太太冤
枉好人，彭宇案的歪曲报道导致了中国社会道德的大滑坡。
这个芮成钢， 美国镀金后第一件事儿就是蛊惑民众讨伐故宫里的start bucks， 一下
炒作成一个爱国青年、海归精英。 就说这个故宫，英文叫做forbiden city, 它的真实
的名字大家也都知道: 就是紫禁城。 说starbucks有损中国文化，说是有损皇上家的文
化还差不多。这紫禁城如今是开放了，让老百姓可以参观游览，这标志着不平等的结束
和自由的来临，但初识自由滋味的国人却并没有宽阔的胸襟，居然非跟租金和优质饮料
过不去。难道非要用国家财政修紫禁城？我宁可把财政用于修建希望小学，或者给我我
去搞地震预测的研发。
还有， 人家星巴克是规范化管理， 总比地摊饮料放心吧，至少人家没把反式脂肪酸往

For medical, only the middle part of our spine (thoratic spine) is able to rotate. However lower back (lumbar spine) is forbiden to be rotated. SWING 开始下身带动上身转，
FINISH 时上身带动下身转， 如果脚扎实不动或小动， 那动量只能多靠身体内的TENSION来削减。
如果身体尽量锁定， 靠脚和地之间的BRAKING 来制动， 理论上是对身体好. bubba watson stand upright quickly during finish. i guess it is good medical wise.
