However, they are firm on the price even if the appraisal should come in
lower than that figure.
If the appraisal comes in lower you have two choices.
1) make up the difference in cash
2) cancel the transaction

forclosed房子的人要当心了, 小心前房主来要你的命, 谁叫你低价买了别人的东西的! |

属于后者的话不用折腾了, 银行基本会直接forclose and get $$$ back from insurer
, be it fha, va, or usda. |

谈判,让银行承担一些损失低于欠款卖。要是明天说,银行不同意,那且不是只有要我
提价了。
这种情况应该怎么处理?不是老太太抬价的手段吧。

况且我们一直在问卖家同一个问题,你最低卖多少才能付得起,因为再过30天,银行就
