Corn Plunges as Report Shows U.S. Farmers Plant More Acres

June 30 (Bloomberg) -- Corn prices tumbled the most allowed by the Chicago
Board of Trade after a government report showed U.S. farmers planted more
acreage with the grain than estimated in March.
About 87.035 million acres were planted with corn, the U.S. Department of
Agriculture said today in a report following a survey of farmers. That was

China's imports rose 6.3 percent last month from a year earlier, the customs
administration said on Tuesday, less than half the 12.7 percent increase
forecast in a Reuters poll as domestic demand flagged in the world's second
biggest economy.
The June imports number, which is likely to stoke concerns that monetary and
fiscal policy easing conducted by Beijing since the autumn of last year has

The news is on 8月27日. If it had been bad news for GILD, GILD price would
have already been hit down.
Not a bad news.
From many comments that I have read lately, for HVC market, the bigger
threat would come from MRK, but in 2H 2015 or later.

The craft's primary antenna was not moving properly as of 3:30 p.m. ET Thursda
y, though engineers reported minor progress in unsticking the antenna and shif
ting it one small step. The problem is with the motor or drive unit.
The high-gain antenna, used for downloading images and data, has been acting u
