来还不错，所以一下子弹了不少。 sina 3.7B market cap, cash大概700M， weibo目
前大概市场给了1B的价值，我觉的也fair了。向上涨个10-20%我不奇怪，但期望不要太
高，毕竟营收数字摆在那里，市场对weibo的估值经过去年的大折腾也是有限的。
sohu: er和sina类似，都是之前被打的够狠，er后发现也没有那么糟糕，就反弹了不少
，但again,看看sina/ntes/sohu的比较，sohu目前这个1.6B也不冤枉他。而且最关键的
，sohu profit margin严重受到挤压。cyou收入占sohu一半左右，却猛赚将近70M, 其
他部门烧了50M多。这其实说明sohu面临的严重市场竞争，收入是增加不少，但高收入
要靠高投入来维持。上周qihu的事情，sohu也占了光。大家一看原来10%的大陆搜索份
额可以让qihu涨那么多，sogou占了起码5%的份额，也应该涨些哦。但这些涨基础不强

If you forecase the price will drop, no.
If your assumption is the price will remaining the same, then, I need to ask
what is the return you can get from other investment. If it is 3-4% or
lower, then, yes, you should buy it. If it is 5-6% or higher, then, no you
should try to invest on something else.
Also, I normally feel a property worth 750K, might not rent as high as 3500.
Should be around 3000 or less. |

predict the rate perfectly. But persistance positive biase means something
wrong.
HW is affine term structure models. If you use 1 factor HW, it doesn't
capture non parallel shift of the term structure. Hence the TS you forecase
could only show paralell movement, which result in persistance positive or
nagative bias.
If you use 2 factor models, it can allow non parallel shift. But there are
many format of 2 factor models |
