and designed at all?
1. Irrelevant. If a sugar pill can cure you, why would you take the herb?
2. The double blind trails should be designed to take out other variables

First and foremost, disclosure. I did not go through any law school, nor am I
a lawyer. I learn the law all by myself, in the libraries. Laws in US are
interesting and more scientific than those in Taiwan,. where I came from. (
Taiwan follows civil law, as opposed to common law in US and UK.)
Most likely big law firms will not take you in, but as I indicated a month ago

The Art of War is the opposite of what I was suggesting. Many people use
sports or war to analog negotiation or joint decision making (e.g, in Taiwan
