最近ABC播出的Kimmel live show 中辱华言论受到在美华人的同心抗议。在游行，抗议
，登广告等等活动如火如荼地进行中时，在ABC和kimmel的第一波反馈和美媒体的第一
轮报道之后，作为一个普通在美华人，我和大家一样在想以后怎么办的问题。作为一个
法学院的学生，我希望能了解一下能否利用法律武器来保护华人华裔利益，反对仇华言
论，从而
让你我的子女能安全得生活在美国这个国家里。

在美华人，不管入籍不入籍的，基本上是希望美国能够繁荣富强，国泰民安，自己的家

In all there are 60 chapters including the foreword, introduction,
conclusion and afterword. While the strategy section may look sparse in the
table of contents, each “common situation” is it’s own chapter and they
are actually by far the most in depth chapters. The 5 “effective plays”
are also 5 separate chapters.
One other thing that I would like to point out is that there were several
