我的一个朋友有类似的经历，CONTRACT 上没有他的签名，或者根本不是他的签名，具
体情况我记不清了。反正是CANCEL掉了。
另一个朋友订CABLE，安装的工人CHARGE了双倍的钱，还篡改了签名的单子。朋友发现
了DOUBLE CHARGE，直接找到LOCAL OFFICE，见了经理，这过程中发现了被篡改的单子
。也就是朋友手里的单子，和公司留底的单子不一样，公司的单子有更多的内容，是安
装工人后来又写上去的。朋友很生气，告诉经理FORGERY IS A CRIME。经理吓坏了，说
这只是安装工人的错，然后免费给了最好的PACKAGE. |

大利人那么低调，一点风声都没听到，若非撞墙差点漏掉！次日忍痛牺牲一堂荀况子，
去听做讲座的艾柯子——我最早读的他的书倒不是那本大名鼎鼎的畅销小说《玫瑰之名
》（Il Nome della Rosa, 1980），而是他一本正经驳斥“一百个读者有一百个哈姆雷
特”的主观自由阐释论的《阐释与过度阐释》（Interpretation and
Overinterpretation, 1992）。当时觉得这位学者端方正直；后来再读充满阴谋诡计凶
杀温情的《玫瑰之名》，又觉得这位学者作家亦正亦邪，机智调皮。比David Lodge悠
长，比Malcolm Bradbury喜气。顺便提一提，1986年的同名电影省略了小说的学院气，

1、各州的规定不太一样，但是德州，如果警察要驾照，你不给，警察是可以拘留你的。
2、警察给你Ticket不需要你的驾照一样可以开，警察会口头问你的姓名地址，你必须
如实回答。国内来的会以为骗骗警察没事儿。完全错误，你如果向警察谎报姓名和地址
将是forgery,属于重罪。为了一张ticket不值。
3、每个警察处理的时候态度可能不同，不要听人云亦云，你要是碰上一个mean的警察
