Ar-11 require to tell INS within 10 days of moving.
Can I still submit a ar-11 form to INS for former address change? Will I get

for 9 months. The police give me a ticket to showed that I vilate the 14-
12a section. Anyone has idea about it? it is serious? I can't drive now and
want to know what is the impact? DO I need to look for some lawyer?
I have to go to court next week. But DMV website showed they don't renew
registration by person. Is it possible for me to go there and get emergent
renew?
