个windowsCE版的application.我的工作是把它转成windows application will be
running on win 7 os, 所有程序都不用改，只是event handler process 要改， 因为

for 2009， 一共$290.40, 2010年报2009的1040时根据这$290.40填了Form 8863 ,退了
部分税回来。
我2010年春天在同一所大学take another two night class, 但我自己太积极，在2009
年12月份就交了来年的这两门课的学费，自己以为课是2010年的课，我会在2011年初收
到了Form 1098-T for 2010的这两门课。谁知等到了今年二月中旬也没有收到Form
1098-T for 2010。因为本人去年搬到了另一个州，担心地址的变动是我收不到1098-T
for 2010的原因，连忙给原来的学校打电话，人家说压根就没有给我寄Form 1098-T。
说我的学费都是发生在2009年的，所以2009年就寄给我了，一共是$870.20.
我明明只收到了一分1098-T form for 2009, 上面只有2009Fall 的那门课的收费$

今天看FORM 709的说明，似乎不管住在哪里，FORM 709都要寄往同一个地址。

但是我此前好几年都是把FORM 709随FORM 1040一起寄了。
因为我跨州搬过家，所以FORM 1040在过去几年应该是寄去了不同的地址。
请问这样做是否错了？
IRS到现在为止没有找过我的麻烦。
是否需要把其前几年的FORM 709和今年的709表一起寄到Cincinnati, OH 45999？
或者还是像前几年一样FORM 709随FORM 1040一起寄？

是从form J 的第一个问题来看，它不适用于niw:
This supplement is being filed to (select only one box):
A. Confirm that the job offered to you in the Form I-140, that is the basis
of your form I-485, remains a bona fide job offer that you intend to accept
once your form I-485 is approved.
B. Request job portability under INA section 204(j) to a new, full-time,
permanent job offer that you intend to accept once your form I-485 is
approved.

发帖数: 4402 | 11 用usps经常会遇到pick up了或者投递了online却没有显示的尴尬局面容易引起不必要
得争执。除非到邮局去打印receipt.不然真是有口难辨。我这里有一个偏方（估计不少
人也已经用了），基本能够保证online显示邮局收到邮件。不过不适用用paypal打印的
大牛们。
偏方就是用usps.com打印label并且加scan form.
用usps打印label千万记得要加scan form.
到了Print Shipping labels
Shipping Cart 的时候
要选择： Add to 6/28 SCAN Form (6/28-today)
打印完label,选择label printed correctly后，再选择close scan form.然后把scan
form打印出来。邮局scan 这个scan form之后，你这个drop
off的记录一般很快在system有显示。这样就不会出现投递了但是网上却没有显示的情
况。
scan form的好处：来家里pick up的usps driver可以用他们的手持scan scan form.去

我觉得原因是因为我把W2 和 1099-INT 上面的federal tax withholding 加在一起然
后填在
1040表的第61行作为我总共交的federal tax。
但是这个efile（我用的是IRS提供的 Free File Fillable Forms
https://www.freefilefillableforms.com/FFA/Gateway.htm）似乎没有地方可以添加
1099-INT 表， 所以IRS只看W2就发现总共的tax withheld和我填的不一样。
请问有人用过这个Free File Fillable Forms 报1099-INT的federal tax witholding

是bodily injury, 这两部是独立，互不干涉，所以如果release form是关于人身伤害
，那么签不签都不应该影响我修车，如果是关于车的损伤，那么应该修好以后再签。
和对方保险公司assign的一个adjuster 争论后， adjuster坚持要我先签release form
，说如果有额外的差价，那么保险公司会直接付给修车铺，我修车时，租车的问题也是
由保险公司直接安排。

到1098t form.
去年October拿到green card,现在收到1098t form,但到现在没有收到1042 form.
是不是受到1098t form,就不会受到1042 form?

employer从2011年3月到6月打工，给第二个employer从2011年6月到12月打工。因
employer说无法退给我，我现在想用Form 843跟IRS要回。
Form 843 Instructions说：
"Seperate Form Required
Generally, you must file a seperate Form 843 for each tax period or fee
year or type of tax or fee."
那就是说我有两个employer，就要填两张Form 843吗？social security和medicare也
需要分两张Form 843填吗？
附带再问一下，变成resident之后还能享受treaty吗？

我很快要参加入美国籍的面试，网上有人说有些移民官要看交通罚单的disposition
form。
我有3个小罚单，轻微超速。
一个在NJ,一个在OH，一个在IA。
在NJ和IA的罚单是上庭后交的罚款，在OH的是网上交的罚款。
都没有收到过disposition form。现在应该上哪里要这些disposition form？
我住在NJ，本地的交通罚单的disposition form还可以到地方法院去要。
可遥远外州的disposition form该怎么要呢？

it only has signing place for applicant, not for notary. In part B, it
needs to be signed by either medical school offical (type A form) or Notary
public (type B form).
The form is labeled as revised in May 2009. I guess maybe they just start
using this kind of new form. I do remember somewhere in the instruction
that I have option to choose either type A or type B form. I need to call
them to find out if both are |
