去年10月中跟他们测DNA 文库，和序列分析（各quote了一个order），我送之前做了很
多前期工作，选取那些有共同序列（PCR并sanger测序确认），并且是overlap的（酶切
验证，互不相同）的fosmid，结果送测序的8个fosmid中，只有半个是我想要的序列，
即便这个测到共同序列的fosmid也只assemble到了一半的插入序列（fosmid应该插入
40kb左右）。11月底拿到序列，12月初拿到assemble的序列，turn around time还是正
常。但是，序列里至少一半左右的data是大肠的genome，更重要的是，对于8个formid
，花费了$10K左右，只有半个是有用序列，确实太让我失望了，所以12月开始基本就跟
他们反馈这个事情（这里我也要承认一点，第一次搞fosmid没经验，确实有E coli

每读一次就不得不再次感慨当时立国之父们的英明及远见。他们在北美这块土地上，抛
弃了大不列颠的君王统治，建立起美利坚这样一个伟大的国家。
一切似乎都是上帝赐予的：这块土地上不仅有雄伟壮观的东部阿普拉契山脉及西部的落

分的儿童食品，英国儿童出现了足够严重的“hyperactive”病变【按：一般翻译为多
动症】。按照美国卫生部门的定义，“hyperactive”属于神经过敏类型的“超动”病
态，即肢体发生超常运动而患者失去了控制力。可见，转基因食品中的转基因毒素成分
可进入人体并发挥作用(包括对人类神经系统的破坏作用)。
可见，中国农官所谓的转基因食品“安全”和“没有食品安全问题报告”等言论，
都是假话。
