昨天去三藩 USICS 面试:
大概流程就是对一遍485上的问题，收走了 EVL 和 paystub, 仔细问了我和 LD 的婚姻
关系，什么时候认识的，什么时候结婚的，在哪里婚礼之类的问题；因为我们结婚很久
所以并没有特别刁难。
结束后面试官告诉我我需要补一个 J form, 说这个 case 会留在本地 office 1-2 个
月，后面的事情他就不知道了。
鉴于二月 EB3 排期已经进到9/15，3月份大概率我会current，我在想是不是可以跟律
师商量商量等3月份的时候排期 current 的时候交 J form，不知道这样是不是比现在
交 J form 会有帮助？（比如他们收到J form一看刚好 current 就顺便把卡发了？)

要让我出示摄影师的release form，证明我已经拿到这张照片的版权了。怪我孤陋寡闻
吧，还真是头一回听说洗自己的照片还要release form这回事儿的。我跟那个店员解释
，我这个照片是在国内拍的，照片上的人就是我自己，而且我之前已经洗过好几张婚纱
照了，也都没有人跟我要什么release form啊。结果店员面带微笑的和我说这是法律规
定的，之前的照片没有要release form，可能是看上去不是那么的Professional，而我
现在洗的这张是Professional的，所以一定要出示。

linq 没法用。
jsp, php, ruby, web form, mvc都是一个目的：生成html，放到http里通过internet
送给client。
web form 的问题是code behind容易搞的太臃肿，一旦加入了ui logic，里面的
business logic通常不能reuse, unit test也不好做。
mvc 强迫大家把presentation 的logic 同business logic 分开。 web form 也是可以
mvc的。mvc framework最开始也可以用code behind, 似乎到了final release阶段才去
掉。 mvc的controller还可以直接做 restful api， mvc4的web api 更是发扬光大。
code reuse 和 unit test要容易得多。 |

份。因为只有我懂英文，被任命为president，负责外协。2008年我们把所有的share都

也许IRS找她要过，但是她不记得了。后来我们才得知这个会计师以前有过破产记录，
去年被吊销了营业执照，现在mortgage 出了问题，房子也被收回了。她一直在家办公

刚刚够。参考了网上几个不同版本的答案，正确率大概在70%上下。不知道这相当 与
USMLE的多少分？这样的情况是否可以开始报名了？ 听说报名后必须三个月内考，是吗？
复习进度是拖拖拉拉一年的时间过了一遍Kaplan notes和Goljan pathology
review ，FA还没看呢，正在啃。几个问题问一下网上的战友：
1. 谁有NBME form 7，或者其他的Form的确切答案？有解释最好。
2，FA + Kaplan notes + Goljan pathology review + UW qbank （计划中）是否够？
3， 行为医学怎么复习？我做的Form 7 里医患问答的那些题好像全错了，感觉每套都
有一两个。凭common sense好像不行，还是我的Common sense 有问题 ：（ ？
4，这样的进度和安排，三个月后能考吗？

6，7，11，12 建议买网上的做，这4套有expanded version, 比标准版多10刀，好处是
做完后会给你所有错题的list.
3， 5，只有标准版，可以google 找一下下载版做。
你登录 NBME 网站看一下就了解了。
以前还有form 1,2,4. 这3套都已经从NBME网站retire了。
form 11，12， 7，6 跟现在的考试比较接近。Form 3, 5 出题风格跟现在考试比有点
简单了，不过还是有些考点在里面，所以还是要认真做。
Form 1,2,4个人认为可做可不做。如果时间充裕就做，如果没有时间不做也没什么。 |

今天太受打击了！
首先，想买nbme step 1 form 4, 结果没仔细看，见个form 4就点，交了钱才发现是
step 2的，step1 form 4 已经早不存在，我买的是＋feedback的，先降价转让。
于是只好重买form 6 for step 1, 做完了竟然只得了420分，我想死的心都有了，当场
就在图书馆里哭了起来，计划6月的底考，uw第二遍正确率已经是85－90％了，fa自己
也看了几遍了，跟小组过了一遍了，我不知道我该怎么办？最大的痛苦在于对自己能力
的严重怀疑。全职复习的，心里真难受。

另外， 看看你NBME 别的FORMS 分数， OFFLINE 的不太准，
ONLINE 的分数呢， 如果别的分数都还好，就FORM 6 低的话，看看是什么原因? 我个
人觉得FORM 6 挺难的， 比form 3，5，7，11 都难， 当然啦， 只是我个人的感觉啦。 |
