pharma and biotechs. He worked in Lilly for many years and then became a
professor in UConn. I think he is not hiring any more new students, but I
could be wrong.
If you could enter his lab and did reasonably well, you should be able find
a job easily without posdoc. I know one of his student works for J&J and
another one in GSK.

why PK/PD and formulations can't be outsourced. I know a bunch of indian/
chinese companies do that. |

这要看是什么阶段的PKPD了，早期的PKPD可能不会outsourcing，一旦有了很好的in
vitro in vivo药效数据和专利等等，完全可以PKPD outsourcing，这样可以省很多钱
，比如rodent动物和monkey等动物的PKPD。
formulation如果不涉及到专利，很有可能outsourcing。 |
