美国英语发音难，我认为原因之一: 美国人独立后，为了不同于英国英语（除了美国以
外的英语，包括英国、加拿大、澳大利亚），故意搞出了一些不同的发音规则 (you
may blame Noah Webster)。把一些合理的英国英语的发音、拼写和语法，故意改了。
对我们来说，也就是创造了新的特例(exceptions).
发音：
这次London 奥运opening ceremony上, NBC的主持人在Laos队入场时说，我们美国说
Lao, 但是Laos人说Laos. 比如美国人发Illinois是发Illinoi音。
LZ举的water例子，说water 发wader。类似的例子还有forty发fordy；thirty 发

知情人士说，工商银行出资1美元收购富通证券(Fortis Securities)的一级交易商服务
部(Prime Dealer Services)。富通证券由法国巴黎银行控股(BNP Paribas SA)。知情
