房子质量里
做个平衡。 Fort Lee的房子真的很新很漂亮，游泳池健身房都全，比什么pre-war看
上去有胃口多
了。 学区也还说的过去了。
但是最近实地考察觉得好像进了韩国城，进了商店就有人上来说韩语，看新闻报道的亚
裔全是韩国人。

发帖数: 1435 | 2 我吃过N多家豆腐煲，从没觉得哪家特别的好吃，有一两家是略显逊色，是大学附近的
小吃店，但是也不能算难吃，因为弄得辣吼吼的我就能吃的下去。
曾经在有一段时间每周末都去吃一家豆腐煲，汤汁很浓，是大家公认的很好吃的，我也
没觉得多好。我对fortlee这家也是，没觉得多好也没多坏。我每次都吃他家的Kimchee
Beef,因为汤比较清淡加上辣白菜汤的酸味，倒是还有点喜欢。
我吃韩国菜吃不出好坏来，都是厚重的调料味道，我现在连韩国烤肉都不是很喜欢了。
唯一保持了点原味的是人参鸡汤。但是也太简单了，自己在家炖炖很容易。还是中餐好

苏州啦。周末偶尔去金丰去买个饭盒。川菜的话要去JerseyCity的GroveSt有一个大四
川，个人觉得比小苏州要好吃，尤其是小笼包，那里的味美汤多。 |

main & Edwin，离哥大医学院的shuttle车站很近。一个two family house二层，卧室
、客厅、厨房和卫生间。老房子，但是采光很好，木地板。房租每月$1100含utilities
。street parking。
好处：地点好，尤其是对哥大的职工。房租算比较便宜。房东一家人都非常好，很好相
处。
不好处：没有洗衣机。我自己买了个海尔洗衣机放在卫生间用，也可以到附近的洗衣店
洗。没有off street parking，不过还好周围parking很好找。

You can take bus or ferry to NYC. If you'll work in NJ, you can take Route 4
, 17, and 80. Once you know the area, you'll know the local roads to avoid
traffic. |

沿riverroad有很多超市,fortlee有很多h-mart,wholesale可以去Clifton或者
Hackensack的costco

around more than 2 years with her before buying one at the end of 09.
But her health condition is not that good recently. You may want to call her
to see what she can do for you.
If she ask who gave you the name, just tell her the one bought a house

personally I don't think you NEED a realtor at all.
especially for the market (area aspect) you are looking now. there is no
secret, hidden gem, or anything that requires a CONNECTION to get to.
do some homework. talk to the listing agt. SAVE a buck. |

（1） Hoboken:直接Path到曼哈顿，studio或者1-bedroom要1千2上下，停车很麻烦，
太挤。
（2）Harrison：直接path到曼哈顿，studio或者1-bedroom大概800左右吧。停车很容
易。
（3）FortLee，各种bus直接到曼哈顿，studio或者1-bedroom要1千上下吧。停车很方
便。
（4）Edgewater，各种快bus或者轮船直接到曼哈顿，studio或者1-bedroom要1千3左右
吧，停车也很方便。景色很好。
（5）三好路沿途的那几个镇也行，都有快速bus直接到中城的。具体没住过就不知道啦
