不多同一时间回了感谢信。其中一个不是search committee里面的人回的信说 look
forwad to working with you in the coming years to strengthen our programs.
另一个search committee 里的老师就普通场面话。我看到第一封回信的时候，还高兴
了一阵。可是现在一个星期多过去了，没反应。人家要放春假了。给系主任写信也不回
。我是不是自作多情了？该move on? |

的rewards账户里，如果加进去了就算是forward的rewards program吧，如何把forward
加到preferred的rewards program里面呢？需要新建一个rewards账户跟preferred关联
起来，然后把forward的加进去？ |

出去再连回来，很多时候会不work的。你需要让你的router直接连到camera上。

1 disable "connection type". set its ip as 192.168.1.111 or something. net
mask 255.255.255.0,
gateway 192.168.1.1
2 check assign WAN port to switch
3 disable dhcp, set it as dhcp forwader, dhcp server 192.168.1.1
4 connect any port of e1000 to n16's LAN
In this way, you have one more port available for wired devices.

不拿router做什么高级事情
简单的routing，port-forwading和PPTP
可能会加一个OpenVPN
但是希望能尽量快
信号尽量强

My router is LinkSys's, and I need to use the router's IP address , which
is detectable for outside internet. my PC's IP address is only useful with
the LAN.
The reason I need find two different ports for displaying is that the forwading
function can only assign some ports uniquely to one single PC within the LAN,
i.e., if I set port 6000 to PC 1, then PC 2 can never use this port and can't
run emacs at home either. That is so stupid.

发帖数: 154 | 39 我们想做的是LncRNA的差异表达，本来打算用array来做的，比起传统的array，LncRNA
的array还是很贵的。但是我们觉得RNA-Seq能够得到更多的信息，而且作Multiplexing
的话，一个lane可以做4-6个sample。
不过刚入门，或者说还没有入门，没有经验。
我们用Core的service。
他们提供两种flow cell，一种是8个lane的Hi-Seq2000，每条lane能得到180M的reads/
Clusters。如果是pair end的话，当然还是180M的clusters，但是reads就加倍了。另
外一种是HiSeq2500，2-lane的flow cell，rapid mode，大概能出300M的reads/
clusters, PE cluster不变，reads加倍，当然价钱也比较贵，但是turnaround time很
快。
就传统的8个lane的Hi-Seq2000而言，一个sample大概能拿到40-50M的数据（cluster）
，pair end测序的话，大概80M左右（两次测序算两个reads，但是他们来源

其实SG的喷嘴布局是最straight forwad的，最早实用型直喷机就是把
喷嘴放在气门之间，不过当时应该没考虑过气流导向，密度梯度之类。
后来需要这些的时候，发现当时的技术没法只用喷嘴来控制，才有的WG/AG |
