竟有些东西可能没有彻底的证据查证，我可不想承担可能的因散布谣言带来的法律责任
。这里就事论事说说。
有新闻说，中国的某机票代理收了钱，先赌机票会降价，于是出个假票，然后等机票降
价的时候，再出真票给顾客，赚取差价。如果不幸没赌对，票价不降反升，就在最后需
要出票的时候告知顾客无法出票，退款了事，给顾客造成很大的不便。
其实在我看来，如果此事属实，那该机票代理真正可恶的并不是出了假票，而是没有遵
守承诺在规定时间内把假票换成真票。试想如果他们能以客为尊，愿赌服输，无论机票
价格升降，最后都让顾客拿到票，那本质上就类似一个forward，只不过定价比课本上
学到的要复杂。
比如谁今天想买今年夏天从纽约到北京的往返票，目前假如网上查到的最低价是1500美
元，但机票代理根据自己的经验觉得接下来几个月会有降到1000的时候，但顾客不想冒
险等，于是可以先以1200成交，明确告知现在给的是“假票”，或者确切地说，是“期
票”，会在起飞前若干天给真票，代理自负盈亏，万一机票售罄无论什么价钱都无法

有办法设置/取消Call-Forward，无论是用setting-phone-call forward, 还是#21#，
#61#，。。。的方式。
问题是发生在5月开始，在这之前都是可以设置和取消的。
不知是什么原因，给Cricket客服打电话他们说是Iphone坏了，去找Apple客服他们就卖
给我一个新的Iphone,结果同样的问题还是没有解决。
不知这里有人遇到同样的问题吗，有什么办法？

是否还需要对方知道。一般是在通话开始的时候play a legal disclaimer, 或者是每
隔一段时间beep一下。
你需要的的所有通话全程录音还是on demand(需要的时候press a special key to
start/stop during a call), 不是每个service provider 都有call recoding
service.
