My key point now is slow down to full load the right side, then hip shift
left while hand and club drops natually down and form a bigger wrist hinge.
Then turn to finish the swing.
It seems a lot of steps. But on range or course, I foucs on the proper back
swing to load and put clubs in the right position, then everything from
there shall happens naturally from foot and up.

分是我道听途说的，正在学习中。
入门阶段：
买东西最容易，Elbow Band, Knee Band, Sleve., 止痛药。。
打球当天：
1. 喝水不光是止渴，也帮助防止肌肉拉伤。最好打球前就狂灌水。
2. 热身是必须的。Mini Tennis is the best. ”冷“的肌肉韧带，效率低，还最容易
拉伤。不光热身，还热脑，热眼，热timing。
3. After Warm up, then Dynamic stretch .
4. 冷身往往被忽略，但是第二天早上就后悔。
5. 回家后，Static stretch after
6. 继续喝水。
7. 最近刚试了试刮痧，感觉有帮助，先刮痧，再Stretch最好。如果想体会到刮痧的好
处，先Stretch一下，记住感觉，然后刮痧，再Stretch。觉得好像舒畅一些。可以让医
生刮一次，然后就可以自己刮痧，最后教老婆刮痧。

什么用他,他有什么特点,比如说"无赖打法", 这样有助于提高大家的对战水平
先说说我的心得吧, 我最开始用的是Sagat,在游戏发布前,我就开始看youtube上的街机
对战录像,感觉sagat不是一般的强悍,而且容易上手, 于是一拿到游戏就开始练习sagat
,没两天就参加GS 的SF4 tourment,轻松出线, 我的心得是要善于使用sagat的站立重踢
, 几乎没有收招破绽,而且对空判定很强, 对于喜欢中近距离跳跃的对手牵制很强,比他
的升龙还要实用, 而且经常可打出技术判定,形成连击,尽量把对手逼入版边, 他的技巧
升龙-->foucs attack cancel对压迫对手很有用, 我喜欢cancel完后直接去对防御中的
对手使用投技,冷不胜防,也可以接轻猛虎踢完成连击,即使对手防住也无法有效对轻猛
虎踢反击, 还有一点心得,尽量用猛虎踢快速转换身位,因为这一作中的sagat很灵活,快
速移位配合跳跃非常容易打对手逆向 |

9：30－10：30am yoga
今天出了不少汗，也许和天气热也有关系。另外今天的主要中心动作是downward
facing dog. 我觉得腰部的柔韧有进步，就是在动作之间的衔接smooth上要加强。
最后的放松动作中，就是平躺，后来老师过来纠正我，我的感觉就是每个关节还有手心
脚心，肘都是要贴着地面，然后要能听见自己的呼吸。我觉得这个应该也是在训练
foucs.
结束后我问老师关于yoga前后多久可以进食的问题，她说理论上是运动前2小时别进食
，但是还是要根据自己身体的状况。她还教了一个鉴定饭后是不是可以做的方法，就是
很简单，站立，弯腰，手臂垂直手指接触脚。。她说如果做这个动作胃不舒服，难受，
那就不要立即做yoga.
然后她说yoga后并没明确规定要等多久可以进食。不过我个人觉得还是至少间隔2小时
比较好。
10：30－11：00am, crunch
今天批评下自己，这半小时我很偷懒，估计完全用力也就是20分钟的时间。就是那些基
本的crunch动作 ， 辅助器械有哑铃还有健身球。

Here are what I feel about your achicture shots:
Too many vertical shots and the form kind of repeating itself (like using
the same formula and apply to different locations). I did see a variation of
color and light.
For your third shot, shifting focal plane will help but I don't think it is
a complete setup. In term of depth of field, the near space is out of focus
and the middle space is in foucs, but the photo lacks a further space which

发帖数: 8370 | 11 5D现在还做反光镜加固。加固的同时你可以在单子上要他给你做一个cancount，看一下
快门数。
AI SERVO如果坏了，就是按不下快门。这个你要稍微多拍几下。或者说快门迟滞感非常
重，不使劲摁就摁不下去这种。
总的来说就是，快门到寿命了，主要表现是快门迟滞感重。而这个快门迟滞感，在使用
AI FOUCS连拍的时候会最为明显。就是这么个意思。
说真的Cmos这个是没办法。sensor总会脏的。不要太脏就可以了。只是恶心一点。其他
的影响不大的。
另外检查CMOS是否干净的时候，不必对上焦。白墙没法对焦的，直接MF，也不用调整，
摁快门就是了。
你要够狠，就在拍了白墙之后，再用photoshop acdsee之类的东西来个自动对比度。我
基本可以保证这么看一次，没有一台二手机器的CMOS不是脏的。我一向不太在意这个的
。没办法的……不过你可以就此还价，说清洗一次cmos要30云云……当然人家如果怒了
就没办法了。。。。 |

从UK定了台XPAN II, 让卖家用ParcelForce. ParcelForce是Royal Mail的子品牌, 本
来以为会走postal的路线. 没想到到
了US以后竟然是Fedex来Handle.
第一天入关以后, Fedex给我发来了CF 5106, FCC 740, 0283-invoce.
CF5106估计是用来确定importer也就是receiver身份的, 我把SSN神马的都填上, 同时
注明了是Non-US Resident,
Mailing address填的是目前US住址, Physical Location填的是收件地址(我公司).
FFC 740, 这个很奇怪, 明明是film camera, 而且seller在custom form上也写的是
used hasselblad film camera, 但
是Fedex那边说, 不填这个他们就没法报关. 仔细看看form, 上面说适用于与Radio
Frequency Device, 于是打了个电话

发帖数: 2265 | 14 都不知道你们在说什么，我NEX6+peaking全手动M档室内追娃500多张了，还没有一张对
错焦的，这还是狗，还没用10连拍。比自动的快多了，尤其是连续拍娃（不是连拍）那
种，时不常地要找好焦点的那种。正面就对眼睛，侧面就对眼眶，peaking+MF真是指哪
儿打哪儿。
另外NEX6的AF非常快，室内好光线下拍娃足够用，而且还是狗头。之所以不用AF，一是
peaking上瘾，二是对AF不放心，还是手动保险，尤其是face detection, 时有时没有
的，spot/center foucs 还没法用. 第三就是快，什么touchscreen,什么OMD5,都是TMD
撤蛋，没有peaking+MF都是嚼头，不实用。有你挪焦点的功夫，我都爽了好几十张了。
第四，省电。 除非单手拍摄的时候,否则一律用peaking+MF。
另外一个实用功能-tracking，还没试，回头比较一下。 |

拍风景的话，事先在镜头上标注一下无限远的位置，局部放大对焦确认一下还是很方便
的。
当然和自动镜头的便利不能比，但是用架子拍风景的话就无所谓了。 |

The Pro*C/C++ do not support Pointer type. It only support
array (limit to 1 or 2 dimension).
If you want to use pointer, you may go to C (OCI) developing
guide.

结果查了一下IIHS的评分，overlap只有Acceptable，同年代的Foucs和Jetta都是Good。
从2001开始，Civic改款，MPG下子变成26/31。
再查IIHS的评分，overlap就是Good了。
二者的变化有啥必然联系没？ |
