軍方）或「戰管」（戰術管制之簡稱，隸屬軍方）人員之管制與導航。因此飛行安全的
因素，除了駕駛員本身外，地面導航人員、助航設施，以及飛機上的航行儀器等，都是
非常重要的關鍵。任何一方略有疏失，就會發生飛機撞山、兩機互撞，或九年前韓航客
機偏離航線，進入蘇聯領空，而遭擊落的事件。
而事實上，在世界航空史上，像上述的事件，不是曾經發生過，就是發生過許多次。
這次AT三型教練機墜毀事件，根據新聞媒體的報導，說是外界所知的軍機失事事件中，
首次肇因於航管人員人為的疏失。又說因事涉敏感，恐對台灣未來的航空事業發展有影
響，且會影響國際視聽。因此在事件處置上，除加強並檢討飛安工作，可能不對外公布

Trump is sitting on a commanding lead not just in the state, where he’s up
17 points, but nationally, where his lead over Ted Cruz is an even larger 20

离开后就只剩我一个人，又过了大约十五分钟，三个黑人男性从锁着的门刷电子钥匙进
来，我当时就有点警惕，会偶尔留心他们的位置，他们穿的都不是健身常穿的的衣服，
在water fountain/厕所/器材还有和房间相隔一扇门的gameroom走来走去，并没有锻炼
，我就换到了离他们比较远的另一边的其他器材区，我之后挪到了练胸的器材，离他们
聚集的一角距离更近，我坐下以后，玩了一会儿手机，手机在左手，带着耳机听歌，手
机壳的指环在左手食指套着，突然其中一个黑人冲过来迅速抓住了我的手和我的手机，
意图抢走我的手机 我被他拽下了器材，扭伤了左脚，尖叫之后从两个房间之间的门跑
去了对面的office，之后调录像，911报警，人没有抓到。这次事件得到的教训：
1. 永远不要觉得自己在熟悉的环境 就不会发生意外
2. 玩手机手指头套在环上的确可以加强被抢劫时的保护
3. 去gym还是挑人多的时候去 或者至少和朋友结伴去 不要自己一个人
4. 不想种族歧视 但是如果你一个人在某时间地点碰到了流连不离去的黑人或黑人们
请迅速离开

飞来横祸。。。
到现在都很后怕。
损失惨重。
但人很安全。
真是万幸。
简单情况：
时间：2003年8月25日早晨5：30
地点：405高速Huntington Beach /Fountain Vally 段
人物：偶，老破车。。。。。。。还有一个金属梯子！！！！
经过：偶驾驶老破车时速80麦行驶在405，突然一个梯子出现在眼前。能见度实在太低，
等偶看见已经晚了。偶不敢猛打方向盘，也不敢猛踩煞车。。就直接开了过去。。。
结果：左边2轮胎当场被爆。。。偶不敢踩煞车。。集中注意力保持方向盘。。打紧急灯
。。。从最左线换到右方。。。在shoulder停住。。。靠。。忘记带手机了。。。拖车出
现。。。警察出现。。。梯子被警车铲出。。。老破车被拖走。。。唉。。。。
