我的Salsa水平稍微高一些。其他基本上就是beginner水平, 如Cha Cha, Rumba, Waltz
, Foxtrot, Merengue, Bachata, Eest Coast Swing, Samba, etc.
如果有哪位女士也有这个兴趣，可以和我联系。本人身高173。女伴身高，年龄都无所
谓。另外我还收集了一些上面提到的舞蹈的基本步Video Clips. 需要的也可以和我联

发帖数: 248 | 3 看具体情况了，便宜的一个人一堂课8块钱也有的，贵一点的可能会12块一堂课，有时
有partner的时候会有点优惠。如果你附近有大学的话，可以考虑大学里的跳舞课程，
一般价格比较合理，并且上课的大多是年轻人。
是不是入门级的课程就看课程介绍了，一般会说明是beginner的。当然waltz,tango,
foxtrot也分国标和American smooth，两者有点区别，具体学哪个看个人喜好了。 |

DePalma announced Arunas, Mirko, Victor and Katusha, Edita, Anastasia, six

It's amazing how smooth Arunas is on swing dances, but he does not have

a romantic one. If I remember it correctly, Luca was student of Lorraine
and her husband. But Luca and Lorraine fell for each other so passionately,
and they finally became a couple on the floor and off the floor.
This foxtrot is always my favorite, although i don't dance standard.

board personnel I've ever met!
Regarding the show, the interesting part would be that I actually enjoyed

；但是有些舞种差别还是很大的，例如foxtrot几乎完全不同，tango的promenade和
corte也
不一样。站姿和音乐是一样的。 |

还有我埋了一行8个 double early tulip foxtrot，现在只有一个发芽
还埋了90个旱水仙，和90个tulip的球茎，现在就稀稀拉拉的总共出了20-30个
简直是挑战我的耐心啊 |

奥斯卡之后第一周，迪斯尼这部《动物城》冷不丁以黑马的姿态成为2016必看动画片之
一。上一次大放异彩的春季档动画，是2014年的《乐高大电影》，而迪斯尼的春季档动
画片也相当罕见。影片大致讲述的是兔子警官在动物大都会里侦破一桩神秘案件的故事
。剧情的成人化也是这部动画广受好评的因素之一，烂番茄目前87位影评人好评率达到
100%，相当罕见。也许现在为时过早，不过《动物城》入围2017奥斯卡，看来相当有戏。
2. 伦敦陷落 London has fallen
还记得2013年的动作电影Olympus has fallen《白宫陷落》么，Gerald Butler又杀回
来了。这次遭殃的是伦敦。当年《白宫陷落》不过7千万预算，在如今的动作电影里算
不上大制作，却拿下1.6亿票房，比起规模更加宏伟的White House Down毫不逊色。尝
到甜头之后， Millennium Films（千禧年）这次只用了6千万美元。少了前部的
Antoine Fuqua执导，这次找来名不见经传的伊朗导演Babak Najafi，b级片成色更足了

Genesis: 认真听过两张专辑：foxtrot和Selling England by the pound。不知道怎么
形容，总之很怪异，这帮人现场的打扮更诡异。其鼓手值得一提：Phil Collins，可以
边打鼓边主唱。如果你觉得这个名字在哪听过，多半是因为他单飞之后的名曲“Anothe
r day in paradise”，跟genesis风格一点相似都没有。

发帖数: 1783 | 38 周末7点多就起床了，去跳zumba fitness。据说是融合拉丁舞各种舞的一种健美操。去
了以后，看到除了instructor，只有一个学生。然后instructor还很胖胖结实的样子，
心里就冷了：看来zumba减肥效果一定不好啊。然后跟她扭啊扭啊扭了一个小时，就出
了点小汗。然后结束的时候，还买了个5次课的pass，然后还报名参加了ball room
dancing。周一准备来学rumba，不过更感兴趣chacha，不过还可以学waltz和foxtrot，
都想试试。
生活需要点改变，从跳舞开始吧。
