我在FPNC San Jose site 做过两次Clomid IUI，都失败了。我的的主制医生从来也不
给我分析原因。我LG的精子morphology normal forms 是 0%（Kruger）。他也认为没
关系，说volume ( =5ml) and motility(=49%) 是OK的。
我们已经36了，想上IVF。但是我想换家医院。我本想试试Stanford，可是我看了楼主
妹妹的分析，我有对Stanford 比较失望了。楼主妹妹在Stanford 和我在FPNC的感受都
是相似的。
我保险不包IVF。两家clinic 对我的区别就是价钱的差别了。我的保险是Anthem PPO，
我在Stanford 可以享受in network的price 吗？
除了FPNC and STANFORD，在San Jose 还有其他选择吗？ |

interviewed four clinics in our area before settling for FPNC. She has very
high compliment for this clinic. Wish you best of luck to graduate from

点的诊所都这样，哈哈。FPNC的一个好处是它有个小office in palo alto，那个就
personal多了, much better than the main office in SJ。 |

Rate. 跟Zouves都一样了。我记得以前FPNC, Stanford, UCSF都差不多。Zouves好像
下降啦。 |

requires that the donor sperm come from the qualified source. They normally
will provide you a list of sperm bank, such as this:

Not many Fertility service center 在湾区. http://www.sart.org/
Chosing one close to yr home is more convinece since you need visit it quite
often.
医生just is a 医生, Their job is perform "an experiment" according to the
Protocal / procedure. |

比如CCRM,一些因为法律规定不能transfer 2个以上的欧洲领先诊所，day5的存活率肯
定更加高。 |

不过说实话clomid失败也没什么可分析的，这个本来成功率就低。其实这些诊所都是以
IVF为主，clomid成功了也不能算到他们数据上。也就Stanford和FPNC这样的会同意你
一次次作IUI，别的地方早就让你上IVF了。

小诊所就是有这个好处。其实FPNC的PALO ALTO OFFICE也是这样。那里平时就一个
RECEPTIONIST，一个NURSE，一个COORDINATOR，每次去都是见这三个人，都会跟我打招
呼，甚至与聊聊八卦。记得有一次那个COORDINATOR还跟我说她有天晚上做梦梦见我了
，说我这次一定能成功。那个NURSE今年是她的本命年，不知道从哪里学来的风俗，整
天衣服上别个红花，见面就跟我说。还说我也能生个TIGER。但偶尔周末去SAN JOSE
OFFICE就完全不一样了。 |
