有个癌症病人营养的问题想请教一下。
我妈大概在三年以前开始脊椎疼痛，去省会以及北京的医院看过，医生说是脊柱有膨出
和突出，g骨骼有钙流失，这些会引起疼痛， 但是不应该疼到我妈那个程度。 于是他
们建议转看神经科。神经科医生也看不出个所以然，建议看看精神科， 去排除抑郁倾
向。看了很久以后，地方医院和协和也没有给出什么结论，我爸妈就决定回家静养。
2010年的时候情况有所好转，11年的时候我回家看了一下，我妈的精神状态还好。
今年三月的时候，我妈开始大面积出现皮疹，开始的时候以为是湿疹，后来医生建议做
病理切片，被诊断为蕈样霉菌病（mycosis fungoides）, 是一种罕见的cutaneous T-
cell cancer。知道了这个消息以后，我妈的身体一下由虚弱变成非常虚弱，骨骼疼痛
也加重到了难以忍受的程度。正常程序应该是在诊断之后测淋巴和骨髓，看有没有转移

mri not done? ct and mri are definitive diagnostic tests for degenerative
pathologies of the spine.
if it is a compression fracture, one has to find the reason for it:
metastatic tumor? trauma? infectious lytic lesion? osteoporosis? calcium
dysregulation secondary to kidney or other metabolic disease? |

估计是“青枝骨折"(greenstick fracture or willow fracture)，多见于小孩。顾名
思义，骨头没全断，但拧起来了，就像折过的新鲜树枝。这样的确不需要8字绷带复位
固定。你可以google一下“青枝骨折"，就会明白的。但是务必搞清楚是否是“青枝骨
折"，否则再找second opinion.

bones. It turned out that the child has very fragile bones himself and gets
fractures with very little external force... The police and child protection
service also got involved and the parents were later found to be innocent.

担心就又拍片了，医生说在骨头已经慢慢长一起了，但是过一个月还要拍片看看，第3
个月我就忘记去带娃拍片了，4个月去打针的时候医生问我有没有再去拍片，我说忘记
了，之后也没去拍，6个月的时候去打针也没再问锁骨的事情了，，，我想第一次拍片
后，肯定是恢复的已经差不多了，不然医生肯定会催我再去拍片复查的，，，娃7个月
送回国了，现在10个多月了，胳膊活动也很灵活，觉得没啥事了。。。
左边锁骨fracture就侧右边睡，前1，2个月尽量不要让宝宝活动做胳膊，一般都很快恢
复的！

果真是FRACTURE,现在再拍已经晚了，骨头已经愈合了，那个突出的可能就是由于伤后
没有固定，骨头愈合的不齐。当然那个突起也有其他可能，并不一定就是FRACTURE. 不
过想照个放个心， 还是可以的。

自己的理解。
很多人讨论石油，都是从美国vs俄罗斯、沙特vs美国、传统油气产业vs页岩油气产业这
样的大视角来说。我本人见识狭小，这些大局的东西俺都看不懂，俺就从俺懂的石油公
司的角度随便说说。
之前网上一个常见的观点是，这一把油价雪崩，美国各大石油公司都会受伤惨重。我对
此比较保留。在美国财阀政治的大背景下，石油公司都有强大的政治力量，如果不取得
石油财团的谅解，油价能那么莫名其妙在没有任何big event的情况下，突然就从100+
的高位崩到60以下，并且做出长期走低的姿态？我认为，大石油公司在这场油价雪崩中
必然是有收益的，因此他们才愿意支持并维持低油价一段较长的时间。问题在于大石油
公司在这场油价雪崩中，到底会有什么样的收益。
有这么一个故事，说两个人在山里走，突然蹦出个老虎。一个人扭头便跑，另一个低下

兴园的周末早茶才开始，和系里的台湾mm一起去，吃完后觉得很满意。因为那时候我还
住在westbough，距离中兴园太远。后来搬到framingham，一年前，以前的实验室同事
又聚，想到中心园，才去了第二次。这一次的印象不太好。
厚厚，我也觉得自己是挺挑剔的。能想的出来让我念念不忘的吃的东西也不太多，比如
“川雅居”的樟茶鸭，笋丝小炒肉，沸腾鱼，“重庆食府”的干锅菌，箱子豆腐，
framingham“老四川”的凉面，麻婆豆腐，糯米饼。 我一直想找一个比较好的dim sun
店，上次去“温莎”觉得还好。 我去年底到tufts做rotation的时候，特别发帖子问，
中国城那里的饭馆好吃，准备天天去中国城里吃，去过“南北”“台湾cafe",好像还有
几家，吃的就受不了了，味道太重。
惨了，昨天摔得那一跤， 到现在还疼，估计是'stress fracture", Google了
treatment for stress fracture， 估计下面的两个月都不能太bear weight， 麻州天

only when cartilage has been worn away, you see osteoarthritic changes on
your knee x ray. so unless you are looking for bone fractures or bone
tumor x ray is uselss
you need to look for the cartilage inflammation present. right after
climbing, nothing changes in the bone except fractures. but joint
cartilages are under severe wear(i.e., the unhappy triad). so the better
scan is MRI of the knee.

先说一下，我也不一定有fracture，这种小腿骨的疼痛叫shin splint，stress
fracture有可能是一个原因，也有可能只是肌肉韧带的问题。
腿伤了以后，很照顾自己。喝牛奶，看中医，在热水浴缸里做stretch，还买了排骨煲
觉得软骨，肉皮这种胶原蛋白的东西，还是多吃一点好，健身美容。睡觉睡得也很多。
感觉一周把自己养得白白胖胖的了，呵呵。挺喜欢这种感觉的，腿也大大的好转。
去看中医挺好玩的。我还没看过中医呢，中药也只吃过藿香正气，银翘解毒，呵呵。医
生给我把脉的时候，我好紧张，生怕他说，姑娘，你有喜了 :D 估计电视剧看多了。
医生说我肾不太好，多吃一点黑色的东西。多睡觉，少担心。比较搞笑的是，医生问我
，今天为什么来呢。我说，我自己觉得没什么问题，有个人说我身体不好，让我来的。
那个医生好厉害：会中文，韩语，日语，英语，每个都说得很好。人超级nice。喜欢喜
欢。以后倒是可以半年一年的去看看。
现在闲来无事的时候，就google各种shin splint的材料。长了不少知识。这个病，说
小就小，好好调养的话，应该几周就没问 |

响？不确定）。现在肿已经好了很多，如果手指按压，右脚中间靠右边的地方疼。脚踝
确定没有问题。
去照了个X-ray，报告这样说：

比如颧骨三处骨折。下门牙脱落。

Florida quarterback John Brantley was dealing with injuries to his ribs and
throwing thumb but also pain in his throwing shoulder leading into the loss
to LSU, a source close to the quarterback said Sunday.

的时候掉到雪洞里去了，在雪下的冰水里泡了十几分钟才爬出来。很幸运我们就在不远
的地方。前两周有人在Baker同样的情况就没这么幸运了。

train boston的..其中唯一quit的一个女的就是连续stress fracture..但是主要是糖
尿病患者怎么也好不了才quit.. |

developed a stress fracture afterwards, it would not be detectable by Xray
yet. |

短期内是不能跑了。医生怀疑heel bone有stress fracture，要下次去才能知道到底有
没有。真是fracture的话还得wear boot。现在给开了消炎药，每天三顿，脚上给tape
了。最要命的是没几乎休息，总被老公强迫穿高跟鞋。话说内个taping还真管用，即刻
见效。 |

发帖数: 215 | 49 从sports medicine回来了。拍了X-RAY，没有明显的骨裂或者骨折。反正是未见异常。
可能是posterior tibial syndrome, 也有可能是stress fracture, 医生说，如果想知
道确切原因，要进一步MRI，保险cover前是1800刀，他觉得没有必要，不值得。让我穿
CAST BOOT或者BRACE，我觉得前者太丑了，挑了后者，医生说，如果还是不行，还是要
CAST BOOT.
提到周日的比赛，他说，现在症状不明啊，有可能有stress fracture, 有可能没有。
风险自己承担。最坏的有可能骨头就broken啦。最差的就是更痛。我是想着把跑步坚持
下去的。我想着这几天的功夫，很难恢复吧。心里挺难受的，跑了两个多月，就是想实
现自己的一个目标的。现在不行了。安慰自己一下吧，暂时的放弃是为了更长久的坚持。
另外，还有发现有个地方，就是PF上端那个骨头我有个EXTRA BONE，正常的，很多人也
是有这个，但是这个部位容易骨裂，反正是让我注意。
希望能尽量早点好。我觉得对我自己而言，这次受伤并不是由什么特别鲁莽的行为导致
