我岳父母前些日子刚带了一个回去，用衣服裹了几层放在一个大手提箱里。他们好像连
fragile都没要，完好无损的带回去了。记得要把屏幕跟底座分开，箱子最好塞的满满
的，保证没有东西会乱动。我想如果还要再小心点的话，弄个硬塑料壳盖在屏幕上绑在
一起，就更保险了。
我前几周也带了一个回去，用纸箱跟一个minitower dell装在一起，底座另装，屏幕跟
PC各一个纸箱（LAPTOP那种），屏幕带了原装的塑料泡沫（两边卡着的那种），这样保
证玻璃屏不会被碰到。然后我往里塞了很多的塑料泡沫。我在机场要了几张fragile，
国际托运一次国内托运一次，一点损伤都没有。

今年一月初的时候，NPC在群里收IQAIR。 当时也有别的医生在收，我就一下子进了8台
。 两个医生都说的是货到付款。 到了一月底，8台都到齐了。我联系了NPC和另外一个
医生，每个人我出4台。NPC2000和另外一个医生联系了FEDEX在同一天上门取货。
取货当天，1月10号芝加哥在下雪。8台iqair放在车库里， fedex下午来人把八台都取
走了。

find, find such association at one university. People in that city might be
able to give more idea about the city.
At the same time, consider the importance of the position at both company
and your future. If one of them is fragile, I would choose another one. By
'fragile', I mean they would cut your position if there is any budget
cutting.
Also, I can tell you the immigration may turn out to be very tough. |

of screening to see baby's neck thickness, then 20 week routine ultrasound.
Most of moms had these three. I had additional one in week 25 for some
condition. I will have 3D/4D ultrasound next week which is not medical
necessary, just to see baby's looking, not covered by insurance.
Ultrasound is very safe per doctors and a lot of research, but no one can
say 100%.

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人，千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv，当时我就觉得埋得太浅，但是那护士说没关系的
。果然，前天晚上准备再上抗生素的时候，发现iv掉出来了，肿了好大一个包，不知道
什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

Fragile X is one subtype of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), which only
affects boys. It is the only ASD subtype that has a defined genetic basis.
For other subtypes of ASD, the genetic backgrounds are heterogeneous. |

I didn't have crippling anguish, so had to bring signet of midnight to negate
warrior and use mind wrack, energy burn to dish out damage. I had some
success, but couldn't win as consistently as my monk.
Have you tried the fragility build (fragility, phantom pain, shatter delusion,
virulence, etc.)? Seems a decent damage build. |

，与导师妥协，与所有的宗师权威先锋小丑们妥协。未来是可以预见的：顺利的答辩，
微笑的握手，轻飘的文凭，一个无名学校里的一个无名教师。Sasa的一生从未有过高潮。
写论文之余，sasa常去一个叫买卖提的海外华人网上论坛，用无聊的点击耗费一点无从
消耗的生命。Sasa一般只潜水，不再有指点江山、口舌相争的欲望。近来却有些不同。
Sasa常去的几个音乐版出现了一个叫karoun的人，他很安静，不多话，只是贴歌。别人
回帖，他必答复，谦谦君子，温文有礼。Karoun贴的歌不知为什么特别合sasa的心意，

的就不远了。任何整体的anti-fragile都是以个体的fragile为代价的。
能够在一张白纸上面从头建一个美好的系统当然很舒服，但是99%的情况都是要把一个
现有的，混乱的，充满了“无法解决”的问题的系统改造成一个好的系统。大公司里面
的事情本质上都是这么回事。
人自己也是这样，你永远不可能回到过去，重新给自己打造一个“完美”的知识背景，
然后从头开始，每步都做“正确”的选择。绝大多数情况都是自己的过去已经做了无数
错误的选择，脑子装了无数没什么用的东西，所以唯一能做的是慢慢一点一点学习真正
有用的东西，然后一步一步调整到你自己理想的事业。

不仅仅会影响transcription，splicing，也可能影响translation。
总之大概是影响expression level？
比如导致Fragile X Syndrome的FMR1基因，在5’UTR有CGG repeat expansion，结果是
FMRP mRNA增加，但FMRP protein减少。
临床治疗的话可能要根据这个蛋白的具体功能吧？恢复C9orf72的正常表达，或者直接
target下游pathway？
比如在Fragile X syndrome里面，FMRP表达降低。由于FMRP本身抑制mGluR5-dependent
protein synthesis，去抑制导致mGluR5-dependent protein synthesis过高。于是在
FMRP的小鼠模型里面，用mGluR5 antagonist就可以reverse小鼠的behavior phenotype。 |
