symbian 基本上被预测几年内就消失的，我不知到可信否。

我和他们有个contract（我自己交的钱），里面明确的说了，我是他们的client，有权
向他们request legal service。而且HR也非常了解我关心的那部分与公司没有多大关
系，只是我的research部分。
另外，为什么他们放着写好的draft不用，非要自己重写起草一份呢？我写的那个draft
非常的完整，填了公司的内容后可以直接交出去的那种。

这里有几个因素：
1。 硬盘温度
2。 扇区散乱度(fragmentation)
3。 读取的频繁度(耗损)
早期的BT CLIENT 比较变态， 不但没有利用内存缓冲，存储的信息也比较
散乱，而且没有上下速度的控制功能， 导致硬盘长时间(数月)无休止工作，
温度过高，硬盘的电子，机械部件耗损过度，最后因某种原因停止工作。
我现在针对这些问题采取了以下的措施：
1。 每个硬盘前有一个风扇散热。
2。 用bitspirit这些类型的GUI client 下载， 既可以控制速度，又可以
设置内存缓冲 (30-N MB， 这样下载每30MB 才读写硬盘一次)
3。 每星期把硬盘defragmentation 一次， 降低扇区散乱度, 降低硬盘
寻找的时间, 也减少机械臂与滑动件的耗损。 |
