If you use sub carbine (11") or even pistol (7.5") setup, I recommend

into fragments upon impact so even if the projectile ended up penetrating
the hard plate, the fragments will be stopped by the soft armor.
just to be safe, i don't thin reversing the plate is a good idea, unless it'
s a stand alone plate (level III in the front and soft armor in the back),
that way you can insert the plate behind your soft armor.

验室作2个月试验，发个摘要。得最高奖的那个，用mesothelin早期诊断胰腺癌，基本
没有实用价值。只要胰腺有点小问题的，像胰腺炎，囊肿等mesothelin有很多都会高。
如果推广，还把人吓死。

one servlet is one unit. So any single jsp, as long as it's not included by
another (i.e. not a jsp fragment), it's a translation unit.
Dynamic includes get "included" at request-time, so they don't have to do
with translation at all.
Still one, I would think. A spec compliant jsp compiler would include the
fragment verbatim, and then do the compilation. |

怎样才能保证wubi的寿命啊?
保证不敢讲。心得有一条。
wubi因为是在Windows里面安装的，从Windows看进去ubuntu是一个几G的file。这个
file如果在硬盘上是没有fragmentation的话，就会快一点，以后也不容易坏。可是
wubi安装的时候如果硬盘上没有几十G的free space，愚蠢的微软就经常会把这个
ubuntu file搞成fragmented。
解决办法：在Windows里做defragmentation。最好单独划一个盘给ubuntu用。
defragmentation之后重装ubuntu，ubuntu用的部分在硬盘上就是连续的一块了。
还有一点要指出。就是装好ubuntu之后如果再做defragmentation，Windows只要挪了
ubuntu file的位置，GRUB就找不到ubuntu了。 |

fragmentation以及defrag，但是会有浪费（比如需要的内存只占用block的一半）。前
段时间记得版上讨论有说俄罗斯人写了个很高效的malloc类似函数？有人能讲解下高效

刚才回覆前没看清楚原文，现在深想一层，
64-bit process是不容易出现virtual address space fragmentation的。
在CPU MMU (Paging system)的作用下，物理地址的fragmentation从来不是问题
（就好像把香肠的碎渣收集起来，又灌注一条新香肠一样）。
你遇见的问题，有三个可能性∶
（1）内存泄漏，有一些应该要释放的内存，实际上因为某种原因没有被释放。
（2）C++ 的建构或赋值重载代码，或调用的代码，或类库介面设计有缺陷，导致临时
对象产生，因此出现了短暂的内存泄漏或冗馀占用。
（3）标准库内的缺陷或不足，导致临时对象产生，或短暂的冗馀占用。
以上所有可能性都可以透过 debugger step execution 排解。 |

谁说的。64 位和 32 位都一样回出现 fragment。64位就是地址大些。
但是paging 都是 4K 的（有2M paging 但是那个fragment 更大）。
前面有人指出了，这个内存是因为 lib 内部自己扩容数组的时候没有
完全用满。这样内存使用率就不高。如果加上不断 free object。
必然出现 4K 页内部不能完全用满的情况。但是你也不能压缩。
因为这个涉及所有使用的指针都要跟着变。有 GC 就好很多。
C 没有 GC 就没法灌个新香肠。 |

RELEASE SOON ENOUGH，就是留了太多暂时没用的东西在MEMORY里，比如说你用VIEW
PAGER，用FragmentPagerAdapter的话所有的Fragment都不释放，要是用
FragmentStatePagerAdapter那就可以用setOffscreenPageLimit选留几个Fragment。还
有一个常LEAK的就是IMAGE，要是不小心就放一堆BITMAP不RELEASE，立马死菜，最好就
是老实用现成的轮子，比如说PICASSO。出问题就老实地用工具查吧，总能找到症结的。 |

1) A proper fragment method for break down large molecule. low energy
CID can handle some small proteins, but I think Enolase is too big

You have two fragments. If you have friends do cloning. Ask them what is
fusion PCR? design primers
with overlapping 21 nt, you can do three fragments, take one more that is in
the vector, e.g. lac region
has many restriction sites you can use!!!! do first round PCR separately,
then take a little bit each as
tamplate, use the first primer and last primer with familiar enzymes!!! such
as BamHI, EcorI, SmaI etc. |
