这是俺毕业后第一份工作，好不容易找到的，很认真对待，经常晚上主动加班写程序。
写的程序也尽可能更规范，更容易维护，每天都在想怎样让自己的程序更好，更系统，
更少bug，更容易自己以后，或者其他人以后维护。
公司是个小公司，人员变动很频繁。大概2个月前，公司的技术总头换人。然后过了没
多久，公司内部re-org，之后，我的新manger是个中老年美国女人A. 和我同分在她
手下的，两天内三个人辞职，我猜想是对她不满。A什么都不懂，不是技术出身, 很能
说，经常滔滔不绝，但是说半天不知道在说什么，俺不知道她是怎么讨了新来的技术总
头的欢心，当上了manager，她工作经验有10多年，非技术经验。
现在我越来越明白为什么那3个人走掉了，他们在公司里和A共事快一年，估计比较了解

微软搞.net把什么开发都搞成.net
特别讨厌微软的一点就是微软很喜欢模糊概念
什么概念到了微软手里，会变得很混乱
这也是.net，那也是.net，结果就是什么都是.net
.net做了太多的事，现在基本上只要你在用微软的东西编程，你就在用.net
这其实就是问题，分工不细，概念模糊不清
这跟微软的战略有关，反正它们希望客户把什么都交给它们去做
弄不清楚没关系，给钱就行
而对于j2ee来说，spring只是一个选择，而这个选择往往是在具备了一定规模之后
才显得重要，换句话说，在此之前，如果负载小的话，我可能压根不会上framework
我就用最基本的jsp/servlet就可以了，要说framework的话
这其实也是一个framework，它也提供了具体实现的api以及相应的规范，只不过一般不
这么说而已
为了避免混淆，多数时候不把这个叫做framework而已，因为它已经超越了framework的
范畴
同理ejb也是个framework，但是多数时候我们也不这么叫

app server，自然有startup也作这个，作了好去卖给大公司。你也知道这块现在还没
有标准，没有标准的时候startup才杀的进去。成熟了还作个鬼。BEA以前怎么搞，现在
这些startup就怎么搞。因为nosql自己也不成熟，作app server还要常常跑到里面去作
优化，作patch，所以这种company里一定需要懂db的人。Yahoo就有很多人跑出去搞这
个，跟学校合作的也很多。
好了，不跟你抬杠。你说的ejb那段还是挺对的，我在01,02年用j2ee的时候，的确是这
样的。后来spring framework逐渐起来，作中间的日子好过多了。db就别跟我扯了，跟
我扯我也不能多说什么，总不能把公司的东西在公众论坛上讲吧。像两天jh上亚麻的几
位，我都替他们捏把汗。

lead的设计问题，这个产品的code极其难maintain，开发流程也很缓慢，产品已经开发
了一年，当初设计的lead半年前跳槽走人了，剩下的人要么是只会吹牛逼指挥人的，要
么是担不起大梁的，上面领导的意思是不管用什么技术尽快做出来。可是由于设计缺陷
，按现在这个速度还要很久才能完成，而且非常的unstable，由于poor
maintainability即使勉强做出来也几乎没有什么价值。
楼主前一阵子实在看不下去了，自己自发的开发了一套新的framework，用了非常简洁
的框架和比较成熟的技术，同时吸取了现在的project的教训，进行了适当的改进，当
然目前只是最底层的框架＋一两个feature用于演示，效果很好，performance完爆，而
且code设计之初就是maintainability first的思想，按照楼主估计，再做3个月就可以
赶上目前的framework的进度，因为开发起来要容易很多。

我也一直想问javascript的framework到底有什么意义。是不是就是为了普及和方便。
如果想做效率最高的代码，这些framework反倒是障碍。
js代码是没法经过compiler优化的，源代码的长度直接影响效率。所以framework
在这一点上就自损。
除了Base和Base2应该不错，其余的framework都有效率上打折扣的问题。 |

centric frameworks.

如果对于一个web framework, Ajax是optional的, 就是conventional的web framework

我用的是macbook，网络上的资料太少了
firebird比起mysql来说资料还是少很多
鉴于对oracle的mysql前景的忧心，还是坚决地转向了firebird
但是装逼是有代价的，代价就是网络上资料几乎为0
之前搞成功过一次，但是几乎是狗屎运好撞到的
也不知道为什么，太久不用就忘了是哪个版本了
前几天正好要用到，捣腾两三天，总算弄明白了
开个贴，存个档，以防将来忘记
先说各个系统的版本
macosx: 10.5
jdk: 1.4-1.6都有，但是选择了1.5的版本
然后就是头大的firebird的版本的问题了
firebird小是小，但是问题不少
第一个就是2.5以上的版本不支持在macosx10.6以下版本的运行
所以对我来说只有选择2.1
第二个问题就是，fb有两个版本，一个classic server，另外一个是superserver
前者理论上是可以直接连接，但是要手动启动服务监听3050端口
而且好像在启动的时候就需要给出connection，这个太扯淡了
jdbc可没有办法在dbserver启动之前建立连接，所以坚决干掉

代码/算法质量怎么样还是看人，三哥用再牛B的IDE写出来的程序还是那样。。
IDE主要是开发辅助，提高效率，节约时间，方便管理和accountability 比如神马
source control啊，version啊，IntelSense啊之类的集成到IDE这样
但是牛逼的人没有牛逼的IDE写程序的效率就是被炒得那类...
比如你是html牛人，你用notebook写出来的markup也许能用，但是肯定不过management
的关
又说Framework跟API..... Framework是API的superset...我觉得
可以说， an application is based on XX framework, 或者， the code have the
reference to XX API...
framework主要是managed code, 有中间层，safe code, 不需要去管内存申请/释放,垃

serious consumer facing products. It is probably only good for developing
CRUD based internal tools. Real real-world problems are usually coming with
much more complicated product requirements and much more involved user
interaction specifications than what such frameworks provide and suppport.
Instead of fighting such frameworks, it is better to build your own stuff

装，整个文件几十个MB。而我后来自己用php做，简单的要命，打开文件就知道网页看
到的内容和形式是怎么来的，要调整的话改如何修改。
当然，我不熟悉那framework，但是，我咋总觉得，用framework肯定要牺牲
flexibility，做一般的商业网站还行，要是要做比较复杂的web service application
，是不是还是不用framework好啊？ |

条件下, Clojure的http-kit排第一，这是国内的一个小孩写的。
