franchisees）不容易赚钱
赚的就是管理低阶劳动力的合理报酬，如果很会管理低阶劳动力、很能组织低阶
manager，拥有多家franchised店就会赚钱，只有一家店是赚最少%的
如果已经很有零售店选点经验，有些franchisee也可以赚一部分这个知识的钱，这个能
力是发展超过一个点必要的
如果有心要做franchisee，选franchisor很重要，美国虽然对franchisee保障比多数国
家多，但是坏的franchisor还是有的
只想要做passive investment，千万别选franchise business，零售业的利润微薄，绝
对禁不起investor不管理雇用的经理，任凭经理乱搞，绝对赔钱 |

franchisees，实际上有不少。招franchisees的信息还放在自家网页上了
浑水怀疑新东方把franchisees的资产和现金流都并入自家的报表里了
北京新东方的财务报表跟他家报给税务局的报表数字对不上
而且他家很多固定资产（schools）法律上是国有资产
他家生意越做越大，审计费却从07年逐年下降，被怀疑审计师没好好审，工作量不够
他家自称享有税收优惠，其实没有
反正各种问题一堆，国内媒体避重就轻就说了他家VIE有问题，还appeal to emotion，
说是恶势力故意打击中国股票。 |
