fransisco。估计这两天会接到HR电话谈offer，所以有如下问题，还望指点，多谢-
1.从我目前城市去san fran，人生也会改变：现在这住着condo，妻子投资并管理着一
个condo群、外加做房产agent，岳父岳母也在这。去sanfran，得租房，妻子得花不少
钱委托别人管理condo群，房产agent跨州也没法再做，也无法照顾她父母，相当于待业
。再加上湾区的10%收入所得税和高物价，导致我期望offer相对现在工资有个较大提升
。请问如何判断给的offer实质提升了百分之多少，如何讲价？从http://www.bestplaces.net/cost-of-living和 https://www.numbeo.com/cost-of-living看，我在sanfran需要38%更多的钱才能维持现有生活水平。

"在东西两岸, 房价超过是年租金的30倍".
前面我已经提到了, 加州咱不说, 东西海岸除了几个象NYC一样的特例
之外, 没有几个地方一般的房价超过该房年租金的30倍的.
论据都错, 后面的结论就不好说了.
如果楼主把他的结论, 局限于象San Fransisco, NYC之类的几个房价高得
惊人的地方, 那么估计还可以继续他的结论.

1，要先把你所要加的航空公司program加入到AMEX账户里，持卡人的姓名和AMEX不同名
也可以，但一个AMEX reward账户只能对应某个program的一个人。
具体操作在点数账户里可以看到。航空公司program卡号及信息大约两天会得到认证。
2，转一个点0.0004元手续费，会从卡里扣，转点的过程中会有详细显示。
3，到redeem页面里找travel下的airline。
4，找要转的航空公司，加所需点到购物箱，checkout.
另外，如果是短程飞行，从Amex网站上直接订机票更核算。
例如，假如查到从los angeles 到 san fransisco 往返98元，则需要Amex点数9800点
，250元的机票，则需2万5千点。所以250元以下的机票，用不到2万5千点就可以换到。
如果250元以上的机票，当然还是换成航空公司里程，再换机票合算。
暂时这些。
还有住旅馆也是从AMEX上订，如果50元一晚，则需要5000个点数。以此类推。 |
