还是没刷过。再打了一次电话，中间还被转到那个Fraud department，才成功通过——
不过还好，两次电话都没有jjww，尤其是第二次电话，Fraud department的csr还一直
在道歉，说不知道为什么第一次刷卡时没通过，明明刚通知了。现在看了这个帖子，感
觉要是当时没有提前通知，估计很有可能也是被check的份，因为第二次电话时接线的
csr太果断了，刚把问题一说，直接就转那个Fraud department了。
建议大笔消费前先打电话通知一下citi，让CSR作个note。即使还有问题，也比没事先
通知强。 |

让我打电话过去
打过去之后， 客服非说你要有个ref number。 没有就无法受理。
等了一个礼拜了， 一直没有收到voice mail， 也没有收到reference number。
打了很多次电话了 ， 每次都说必须有ref number。
amex说一个月内， 没验证fraud department, 就会关卡。
大家都说amex好， prg是我第一张amex卡。
我现在深深觉得amex很烂。
客服都是三哥三姐。。
当时申请的时候， 后门电话也毫无权利。。 |

claims? 我查了他们的cpt code,发现有upper coding的趋势，然后看他们病人的资料
。但是由于医学知识的缺乏，无法证明这些贵的cpt code是不合理的。 不知同行，有
什么经验可以分享一下。 这方面我是新手，欢迎大家讨论一下。
还有如何根据这project，如何找到一些共性，建立business rules, 然后运用在大范
围的某一类医生(比如家庭医生)claims fraud detection. 因为这个list中的医生主要
是家庭医生。
还有如何运用data mining 方法去找这些pattern, 和 business rules？

regression/lasso/elastic net, decision tree, RF, MART, SVM…. 发现一个共同的
问题：model 在testing data set中的performance 远远差于training dataset中的
performance… training data 是3-4个月的，testing data 是随后15天的。想了很久
也没有想通，莫非是fraud trends 变得太快?
不知道当前业界比较流行的方法是什么，很想知道目前最好的方法能捉到fraud的比例
有多少( 70%? 还是 40%就很不错了？)

我的新车买了comprehensive保险，最近车顶被无故砸了几个小坑。去保险公司claim后
，被告知需要约1000刀维修。由于deductible是250，所以他们直接开了一张750刀
的check给我，说可以去任何一家店修。
我觉得几个坑是很小的问题，1000刀的维修费实在太贵了，问题其实无伤大雅，就找了
一个mechanic重新喷了一点漆，只花了几十刀费用。
问题是：现在如果我直接deposit保险公司的check的话，有人告诉我这可能算
insurance fraud？我听说很多人也是这么干的：觉得没必要修的话从保险公司弄来的
钱就归自己了。这种情况如果不算fraud的话，我想知道会对将来保费和车子记录有何
影响吗？

而且很多小护士不知不觉已经成为从犯。
在MITBBS里，有个R字头的神医，无论多大，多重的打印机，基本上无一例外，全用
USPS priority mail.MX892，7065DN，M251NW，这些打印机块头够大了吧，够重了吧，
你们哪个神医敢用USPS priority mail寄？
这个R神医就敢。这些打印机，如果是病人出了高价，运到AK，HI也就算了，但这些
LABEL基本上都是运美国大陆的。凡事不合情理，必有你想不到的地方。是的，
我想出来了。这些几十磅的priority mail,全是用3oz 的1st class mail
PS出来的。label tracking number是真的，但是priority mail, 1-2 days, 34LB等等
