半年多前在这个小区买了套房，是在 downtown 附近介于 100 街与 92 街之间的一个
社区里。 98004 的学区，地点好，房子好，风景也还不错，邻居素质好，住得挺舒服
的。本来还想说等房价起来后，拿出去卖掉，不过年纪大了，“不折腾”，就当作养老
之所吧。
我有条黄金猎犬，五岁，每天在社区里遛狗是我的日课。
遛狗的好处除了人与狗都有得锻炼之外，也可以顺便看看人家的房子。这个社区的房子
都挺不错的，连六七十年没有改建过的 dozer 都要 $1M（主要是地价），最高可能可
以到 $3M 吧，前两天经过一套正在卖的要价 $2.67M。我喜欢在遛狗的时候顺便看看邻
居的房子，看看人家的花园怎么设计的，房子的建筑有什么特色等等。同时这个社区的
人也很有礼貌，遛狗时在路上遇见人，都会彼此点头打个招呼，不管对方是开车还是走
路的，只要遇见了就会点个头招招手。

北非最近掀起了一波接一波革命浪潮，突尼斯和埃及的专制政府相继倒台，利比亚
强人卡达菲现在也处于左支右绌的困境中。
由于政局风雨飘摇，好多国家纷纷展开撤侨行动，中国也从利比亚撤出多达3万5000多
名侨民。
如此大规模地撤侨，让人意识到中国在利比亚的投资规模有多大，也使得中资企业在非
洲的经济活动再度备受关注。
两年前首次到非洲去，当时还以为会有好一阵子不会碰上其他亚洲人，毕竟非洲比较偏
远和落后，并不是一般人旅游的选择。
