我的情况是用一个专业软件给人做freelance,最后的工作结果也就是几个文件。之前的
一些客户都是说好做完以后看过文件截屏图片，然后按小时付钱，最后给文件。有的老
美相当信任我，直接就先按照我估计的时间给钱，然后我做完按照实际的时间多退少补。
最近碰到一个中国人公司，一定要给了最后文件才肯付钱，这样我风险很大，万一给了
文件他不付钱怎么办？那个中国人还说什么这是普遍的consultant的规矩。我是私下做
做，不签contract的那种。最后就没有做成。
