9月10日洛杉矶警方出动千人破获国际洗钱案,其中涉案的洛杉矶天普市华人陈锡
林一家三口,不但有可能面临高达100年的刑期,其多处房产和其他财产也可能被没收
,已取得的美国国籍也有被取消的可能。

在联邦检察官提交的起诉书中,天普市华人陈锡林和他的儿子陈创峰(Chuang
Feng Chen)、女儿陈爱霞(AiXia Chen),一共被控八项罪名,包括洗钱、串谋洗钱
、提交虚假移民档及申请书、非法获得美国国籍、串谋以非法获取财产等。

检察官在提交的一份法律档中,要求没收陈家在洛杉矶市区和天普市拥有的多处房
产。

我背后的这幢住宅就是涉案的陈姓华裔家庭,位于天普市两幢房产中其中的一幢,
这幢目前市值120万美元的住宅仍有租客居住,他们听到陈氏父子被捕的消息非常吃惊
,因为他们在9月10日和11号还在试图与陈锡林联系。

这处位于天普市富瑞尔(Freer)街的两层民宅,建于2011年,有五个睡房、五个

号称中国所有瓷器祖宗的,商晚期回纹白陶罍,也在DC的freer & sackler。
全中国只有北京故宫博物院收藏了一尊大型商代白陶器,却是根据残片拼合而成。美国
这件是34厘米高的完整器。
美国博物馆方面标注其出土于河南安阳,购买时间为1939年,为殷墟流失文物之一,无
论从其各属性的单一性还是纹饰方面的代表性来看,都堪称陶中贵胄。

到FREER买张FLYER看看。我上次去是2013年,母子象尊、陶罍,都带X光的,吉美的中
国最大青铜象尊也是X光的,这几件以尺寸取胜的东西,没一件碎的。巴黎的象尊腹部
范线周围开裂有些厉害,但其他部位完整。
这些东西不光国外著录,文化部甲级流失目录自己也有在册,尺寸、品相、成分报告,
应有尽有。
这三件,文博界叫做“全品”

Museums: lots of them. Most of them are on sides of National Mall. Others
like famous Spy Museum is near 9th/F. National Geographic Museum is near
Mayflower hotel, where African Safari exhibition shown now is great.

华盛顿纪念碑是很值得一看的,特别是逛完Mall附近的景点以后,可以从高处辨认各处
地标。可惜今年地震之后就关闭了。国会山的tour可以在网上预订:

国会山前有一块停车场周末和假日是免费的。也可以把车停在周边的地铁站坐地铁进城
。如果逛国会山的话可以把附近的国会图书馆看一看。喜欢看博物馆的话还有Natinal

Museums of Asian Art,里面很多惊艳的中国文物。
地图在很多visitor center都可以拿,网上也可以查到,多用google,很多问题都能找
到答案。
