美国电视机肯定看不了英国的数字电视，机顶盒总是要的。有线的Virgin，卫星的Sky,
FreeSat，或者无线的Freeview，这些机顶盒通常都带scart。
如果你的电视机有HDMI接口，那就买高档的机顶盒(Sky HD应该有HDMI)。
或者，装电脑上当显示器用；
或者，当游戏机、DVD专用机。

我在新西兰，这里的物价比美国贵了很多很多，我按照楼主的算法，列出了这里的花费
。和美国比起来不是一般的高，我还省了回国的旅费。以下是按新西兰刀来列的，没有
算exchange rate.
房租： $350/week*4*12months=$16800/yr
还是住在一个小town，因为不想合租所以房租要贵一点。合租的话是$130/week。
网络+电话：新西兰的通讯费用贼贵，我现在用得plan是座机电话加40G的网络共$76/
month*12months=$912/yr
没有加tv cable，从国内买了个网络电视盒子，用网络看电视电影也不错，这里还有
freeview的几个台可以看。
有个prepaid手机，一年差不多$100最多了。每天都要给爸妈打电话，买了个电话卡，
每年大概$80。

者更换部件，再加车牌税，总共差不多每年$1500。平时争取走路上班，除了去gym就是

Above product will show bad reviews on Amazon.com (US) and those are just 3
with 1 being good. Now why is this bad is because this is made for PAL
